A very famous place in Mira road, which is knwn for its buffet and space. This restaurant is located on the western express highway near kashimira, though the signage is quite low hence it doesn’t make it very prominent as its competitors do. There is a parking space the are is huge, the restaurant is in two levels, lower level which is non AC and upper lever which is air conditioned. It was a weekend when we made a reservation for 8pax but we had to wait for a table for 45mins which was quite OK as there are loads of activities to indulge in for killing the time!! Once the table was allocated we were presented the menu and we quickly ordered for round of drinks and starters, followed by mains we had clearly instructed for server to present the starters and drinks together however an incomplete drink order was served and we waited for starters for almost 30mins. THE SHOCKER WAS WHATEVER CHINESE CHICKEN DISHES WE WERE ORDERING WE WERE TOLD ITS NOT AVAILABLE EXCEPT FOR FRIED RICE, CHILLY CHICKEN, CHOUPSEY. #Murgh Immami kabab: Chicken fillet marinated with yogurt and herbs served with small salad on side, it was an up-sell done by the server, we were told that it’s one of the best starters to try but the product was a complete set off, dry, warm and chewy.. Chicken lollipop: Great starter crispy, not burned and cooked perfectly however had to wait for hot garlic sauce(schezwan sauce) for 10mins. Fish chilly: Absolute disaster the fish was stale, flaky and soggy, felt as if the fish was directly taken out from freezer and deep fried, the preparation was tasteless and not worth.

After waiting for an hour, our main course arrived but still it took 10mins for the hot food to arrive on the table from the side station which was in front of us.

#Chicken fried rice: Good preparation of long rice tossed with vegetables and chicken chunks served warm again due to the food laying at the station for 10mins. #Chicken chilly: Fragrant, Flavour and tender chicken gravy, good portion and filling. #American choupsey: This dish was quite ok to as to flavour it was very sweet and cloying, generous portion size but lacked consistency.

We also thought of ordering for dessert like a Sizzling brownie or ice creams so we asked our server what would you recommend the server straight forward mentioned tht it would take 30mins. When we asked for bill there was an error made and than again we had to look for servers which got annoying at one point. Service was horrible, at one point there were no servers in the restaurant and there were huge delays resulting in customer getting frustrated, though we called for the manager but he seemed helpless.. the management needs Gear up and they would be losing lot of clientele’s due to such a experience!!

Food: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Ambience: 3/5 Value...

I recently visited this hotel with my wife and 3-year-old daughter, opting for a candlelight dinner. Upon being seated, the waiter promptly took our order, starting with French fries, tawa fish fry, and pineapple juice for our daughter, followed by a beer for myself and a cocktail for my wife. We enjoyed our meal and spent a pleasant 2.5 hours together. However, I was dismayed by the waiter's oversight in not offering us water, neither regular nor bottled, throughout our entire stay. As a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the aviation and hospitality industries, I believe it is fundamental to offer water to patrons upon seating, prior to taking food and beverage orders. Unfortunately, we departed the hotel without being offered water, despite paying a substantial bill of Rs 3,300. This glaring omission in service left a lasting impression, and I regret not being able to enjoy a simple glass of water with our meal.

Another incident that left a lasting impression on me was when I was playing with my daughter, trying to feed her while she was running around. I noticed a waiter hastily carrying a glass of red wine, which he accidentally spilled, spilling a significant amount. Curious to see how he would handle the situation, I observed him adding a few ice cubes to the glass to cover up the spillage and discreetly serving it to the customer, who was engaged in conversation with their group of 4-5 people. I brought this to the manager's attention, but he downplayed the incident, claiming it was a minor spill and the customer had requested wine with ice cubes. I witnessed the entire scene unfold from a nearby corner, and it solidified my perception of the hotel's subpar service. This experience was a total waste of time and money, and I regret...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sai Palace Hotel and Gardens, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The restaurant boasts an amazing buffet, with a plethora of vegetarian options that are sure to please even the most discerning palate. At only ₹500 per adult, the value for money is simply unbeatable! One thing that really stood out to me was the huge open seating area, which provided a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying a meal with friends and family. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that our every need was taken care of. As someone who follows a vegan diet, I was thrilled to see so many vegan and Jain options available on the buffet. It's clear that the restaurant puts a lot of thought into catering to different dietary needs, which is much appreciated. Another thing that impressed me was the sheer size of the restaurant - I believe they can hold up to 2000 people at a time! Despite its size, the restaurant manages to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Finally, I was pleased to see that there is plenty of parking available, making it easy to access the restaurant even during peak hours. Overall, I can't recommend Sai Palace Hotel and Gardens highly enough. If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to check it out - you won't be disappointed!

Sai Palace at Mira Road has always been a reliable spot for those who enjoy good food with a wide range of flavors, and my recent visit was no exception. We started off with the Lemon Coriander Soup, which was light, refreshing, and the perfect way to set the tone for the meal. The balance of citrusy tang with the warmth of fresh coriander made it soothing yet flavorful, ideal for anyone who prefers a healthy and refreshing starter. Moving on to appetizers, the Garlic Channa stood out with its bold flavors. The crunch of channa paired beautifully with the garlicky aroma, making it both addictive and a great munching dish to go along with drinks. The Prawns Koliwada was another highlight – crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, with just the right amount of spice to excite the taste buds. It carried that authentic coastal touch, which seafood lovers will definitely appreciate. For the main attraction, the Andhra Style Chicken was rich, spicy, and full of depth. True to its regional roots, it packed a punch with fiery masalas and robust flavors, perfect for those who enjoy bold Indian curries. Overall, Sai Palace offers a delightful mix of taste, ambiance, and value. A solid 4/5 experience!

My Google Review # 000245 This is a okay place to fit in a huge crowd from your society or office. Had been here on number of occassions But, apart from the pomp and glamour did not find anything attactuve or having a wow experience here. It is well located om the highway before you cross the toll naka to enter Mumbai. The premise is spread over a huge parcel of land and serves veg and non-veg cusine alike. No special menu or item to boast off, but as I said it is a place to chill with crowd. The place smells foul in some way or other, having sure shot hygeiene issues. But, if you want to party in the dim lights then who cares. The menu is overloaded with varieties. Not with quality. Not recommended on weekends or on any public holiday as the crowd of Mira Road and Bhayender flocks this place and the wait time will make you completely drenched in sweat. The parking lot is good. They also play local music/ qawalli/ live folk music at times. Price wise, the items are okay and servings are decent. Service qualty was also average. Date of experience # Nov 2019.
