Arsalan's Shawarma King ( Kharodi ) — Restaurant in Mumbai

This three star is for their service that's all. The taste is not that much good. It has taste of mayonnaise more and veggies as I ordered regular kabus chicken shawarma . If you guys serving something cost for 85 + gst 4 rs total 89 rs it should be worth it but I feel it's not worth it. According to me taste was average while having i tasted more veggies less chicken. It's my request please point to be noted. And frankly speaking people are visiting because of Brand which made up in their mind for the taste some ok with the taste. And highlight is they yet repeating the same no veggies will be charged , want spicy will be charged. Means whatever they give as customer we can have it or if we wish to get as per our requirement pay extra. MALWANI branch and outlet of kharodi doing the same. Really I am not happy with it as a customer. Others may like it but it's my view that there is need of improvement. I'll visit again to taste some other varities if I feel something good will add on in my review and do the needful editing...

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as I've been a loyal fan of Arsalan Shawarma since their early days. I remember being one of their top enthusiasts, raving about their delicious shawarmas to anyone who would listen.

However, my recent visits have left me disappointed and disheartened. The size of the shawarmas has significantly shrunk, and the khabus (bread) seems to be folded multiple times, making it feel like I'm getting less value for my money. I took 4 khabus paid 357 and when I was relishing them home found chicken has been over and the khabus is left and had multiple folds to make accomodation minimum chicken chunks

It's disheartening to see a brand I once loved and advocated for compromise on quality and quantity. I hope Arsalan Shawarma takes customer feedback seriously and reverts to their original standards.

Until then, I can only give them 2.5/5 stars. I hope to see a revival of the Arsalan Shawarma I once...

Ever since I first started going here, I've seen their quality drop consistently over the last 2 years, but now they've gone and done it. They gave me completely rotten stuff which smelled so bad, it would have been impossible for them not to have noticed while packing, therefore it had to be intentional. I went there, stood in line, and packed an arabic khaboos shawarma, came home, opened it and immediately got a gag reflex from the smell. Had to throw away the whole thing.
