We had heard a lot about the taste and uniqueness of this local joint from my friends @gopi, @Santosh kadam but probably this day was not my day to experience it, as the Head Chef was away.
Here's what we tried and were in utter confusion in what the new/temp chef tried to create/experiment.
Chicken Beijing Soup - it should have been a balanced mix of Chilli hot Chinese sauce with roasted garlic but what we got was a forced balance or tomato soup and some Chilli sauce added to it to make it taste different 2/5
Java Chicken Lollipop in Thai Sauce - A disappointment again which should have been Chicken Lollipop tossed in a perfect blend of dry ginger and chilli sauce but what was presented was a lemony chilli and garlic sauce with more of salt that spoilled the entire taste of the Lollipop.
The only thing that we probably liked was their fried noodles with Schezwan sauce...what we call as "time pass"
Over all a bad day to try something new but we will definitely go back to try the specialities once their Head Chef is back.... and...

I have been to this place several times even before. Its just 4-5 months the place has started and its already on every ones mind that we need to go to Be in China if its chinese to night.
I especially love the variety they have got. They even serve Crab meat soups, basa fish and prawns are my favorites as me myself being a Konkani guy π .
The Java masala lollipops, Nasi goreng rice /noodles, Kung pao rice/noodles and Crab meat soups are one of those must to be eaten dishes as most people search for ππ€€
Do visit this place if your gang is small or just you can call the guy . He will arrange the whole place to be booked for you between the time slot you choose upon π

Ordered: Plum chilli Seafood (Basa) - no fishy smell (feels so soft and light to eat with light battered fish fried in oil and plum chilli garlic spring onion dressing)
Singapore fried rice - Non greasy fried rice with gravy and flavour and aromatic.
Will do visit them again. Spoke with the owner of the establishment and they use ingredients that's been used in 5 star restaurants and Oriental Chinese restaurant. Sufficient quantity and quality to be shared...
