Krishna Sagar Family Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

When we visited Krishna Sagar Bar, we first ordered Grand Master Watermelon vodka, and they gave us the correct brand. But when we ordered the same drink again, they gave us a different brand and claimed it was the same. However, the vodka and its color were clearly different, so we knew it was not the same.

When we told the hotel manager about this, he started arguing with us instead of listening. He also spoke to us very rudely. We were very disappointed with his behavior and didn’t expect this kind of attitude from hotel staff.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. Service was painfully slow. For the high prices they charge, the food quality was shockingly average and definitely not worth the money. I walked out feeling disappointed and frustrated.
