Myra Dining And Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited Myra Dining and Bar and had a highly disappointing and unhygienic experience. I ordered a Green Apple Magic Moments Vodka. There were already flies flying around the area, which was concerning. To make matters worse, I found one fly inside my glass.

When I asked the waiter to clear the glass, he neither cleared it nor served me another drink. When I insisted on replacing the drink, he outright denied my request. This behavior is clearly unprofessional and highlights a serious lapse in hygiene standards at this establishment.

The overall environment was not well-maintained, making the dining experience unpleasant. Such negligence in customer service and cleanliness is unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value their health and expect basic courtesy. This incident reflects poorly on Myra Dining and Bar, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these...

Myra Dining & Bar is the family restaurant located next to nahur railway station on west side. Ambience is beautiful and the steward are more attentive toward customers. The quality of food and drink (hard & soft ) is good. Wanna try some malvani food within reasonable rate so go for Myra and try all the stuff. Food I had tasted

🐓Starters Chicken tandoori was so awesome which was trusted with tandoori masala and the smoking flavor made it more interesting. Chicken crispy was so nicely blend with ingredients and was so crispy that you can enjoy it with mouthwatering.

🍜 Main course Butter Chicken Masala was so yummy with boneless chicken with flavour of butter and masala . Chicken Tikka Masala was the thick gravy with bonny chicken it in and was good to eat. Butter Naan was so nicely made with lots of butter on the bread which was the complete package of the food.

Last but no the least the complementary stuff handed by the steward was...

Waiter and manager both are very unprofessional..They think people come to them because they dont have options.they wl ruin all your mood with losse talks and worst service ever.Dont go to the restaurant.Manager says if u want chinese sauce with chinese dish u beg for it,we dnt prlrovide from our side.we r very busy and dont time to cater all people.
