Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Mumbai

I’ve always appreciated Café Coffee Day for being a reliable place to unwind, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing.

I visited during official operational hours, when the café was clearly open, though the shutter was oddly kept halfway down. A group of people was already seated inside, but when I tried to enter, I was stopped and told they wouldn’t be serving me — with no clear explanation provided. Despite being within business hours and seeing others being accommodated, I was denied entry and service.

This kind of treatment feels exclusionary and unprofessional. If the café wasn’t ready to serve customers, the shutter should have been fully closed or signage put up to indicate the same. But to remain “selectively open” raises serious concerns about customer service and basic courtesy.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no regular patron should feel unwelcome or...

Visiting Cafe Coffee Day can literally make anyone's day. CCD in Andheri near Veera Desai road is prominently located. It is always chock-full being prime in location for coffee lovers.

FOOD Here they managed to serve some decent coffee and tasty snacks. Toffe Carmel Frappe has perfect amount of taste of caramel in it. No one can beat Toffee cappuccino. Hot chocolate has adequate amount of chocolate which tastes heaven. Whereas cheesy garlic bread will surely make you fall in love with them.

AMBIENCE A pretty decent Dećor. Colour scheme of wall and furniture is good. They are properly finished and renovated. Inside the Cafe they have enough space to move around. I think they can arrange little more sittings there.

STAFF Due to thoughtful idea of management services is very prompt. Good attention to orders are given.

Food and beverages served are too good in quality, quantity...

Well I and my family we came in at 10:30 am ..and there is only one lady serving at the counter...I really felt bad for her ..because she was taking order, making the order and serving as well....why there are no other people at this place...she is multitasking all things all alone...why all the burden on her....#CafeCoffeeDay @ veera desai road opp. NKGSB bank...please recruit some more people so she can also take a little rest ...And if she is doing multitasking she should be awarded ...

Please hire some more people....sure cafe cofee day can do that..!!
