Celebration's By The Veg Treat is about a 10-minute walk from the Dahisar Railway Station. I have visited twice and had a decent experience on both occasions. The place gets busy in the evenings, so it is better to visit in the afternoon or early evening. When I went with my family at 9:30 pm, we had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table. The restaurant has both indoor air-conditioned seating and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor seating as air-conditioned seating area was fully occupied. But the tables on the left side did not seem suitable for four people, they were comfortable for only two people. During my visits, I tried Pav Bhaji, Watermelon Juice, Filter Coffee, Triple Schezwan Fried Rice, Masala Dosa, Veg Mille-Jullie, Roti, Jeera Rice, and Sizzling Brownie. The Filter Coffee was good. The Pav Bhaji was made less spicy for a younger diner and was prepared just right. The Triple Schezwan Fried Rice was very good with a lot of vegetables. Masala Dosa was tasty and filling for one person. Veg Mille-Jullie had a spicy and tangy taste that made it different. The Sizzling Brownie was nice, although the brownie was slightly undercooked. The Watermelon Juice was fresh and the Jeera Rice was good. The food quality is good, the portions are reasonable, but the prices are slightly high. The service is slow and we had to ask more than once for basic things like spoons or water. Ratings: Quality - 4/5 Quantity - 3.5/5 Service - 2.5/5 Price - ₹600 for 2 people For more mouthwatering food content, don’t forget to follow @chefvaidehipathare on Instagram!

Went here for the first time and had a pathetic experience. The food here is not good. Looks like some inexperienced chef is making them. It is not tasty nor it is reasonable. The prices are on the higher side but the food served is not worth it. Even the South Indian food served here is tasteless. I have visited the other restaurants by this brand and the food there is comparatively better. A lot of improvement is needed here. Secondly the staff is also inexperienced. They are not well versed with the dishes on the menu and hence are clueless about what goes into them. So it is a waste of time to even discuss dishes with them coz they will look at you with a blank face. The only good part is the ambience. Since it is newly renovated space the place looks neat and hygienic.

Highly overrated. Ambience is good and some of items such as south Indian food is alright (even pasta for that matter). However north Indian food is really pathetic. If you don't believe me, order methi mutter malai or paneer butter masala and get to know yourself.

Recently, I ordered methi mutter malai and to my shock, the gravy was literally undercooked ( saying uncooked will not be an exaggeration). While they did send me a replacement upon my complain, the other dish was also very bad. I wonder what could go wrong with paneer butter masala. It's taste was really very bad.

I am foodie and have eaten at various other branches of Veg treat chain, which are relatively better. The taste of the North Indian food is pathetic even when compared to some of the other less expensive and ordinary restaurants. They should really consider changing their chef. This is a first time that I am giving such a bad review for North Indian food.

And it's not the first time that I have observed poor food taste in this hotel. A few months ago we were dining there and had ordered a pot rice. It came with dry fruits in it- a first for me. It nevertheless tasted okay and was very much eatable but not with having it named as pot rice.

While they are building a big chain of restaurants, focus on food seems to have taken a back seat in this branch for sure.

The Veg treat I & II and even Food lord in borivali west are much better (Food in Veg treat royal was also somewhat below par in taste and over priced).

Consider this as a...

I went for my birthday celebration. Apart from the dish I ordered as per my last experience here the rest were all absolutely flop. Previously the waiters would suggest good dishes. This time we got an absolutely sulky waiter who suggested the absolute worst dishes on the menu as though he got some comission or satisfaction our money going waste. Imagine even when i ordered Paneer Kofta he wanted me to change that to something else which was another flop item but thankfully i didn't. Basically he was trying to push items which didn't take much time and no one was ordering (cost less for them). All dishes were 2-3 paneer with frozen veggies no taste in them. Even he's serving style was so rash as though he was throwing in on our plates so hurriedly and he would take away dishes when there was one whole serving of food left in it. Finally i intervened and asked him not to serve and we will serve ourselves. I have been here many times and this experience on my birthday was absolutely worst and pathetic when we pay high prices.

I would kindly request the management to please look into the attitude of this waiter. We were seated under the AC just right of the main entrance of...
