Extremely Disappointing Experience

We visited this place yesterday based on my husband's insistence, as he's a big fan of their Chinese food. Sadly, the experience was nothing short of disappointing.

We started with the Chicken Manchow Soup, which was bland and average at best.

Next, the Chicken Fried Momo arrived, and out of all the pieces, two were burnt on the outside. We politely asked for a replacement. The staff brought us replacement of burnt momo and this time momo was not burnt from outside but the filling was cold inside. When we spoke to the manager, he casually mentioned that fried momos can sometimes turn out like this and suggested we order boiled ones instead. He assured us that we wouldn't be charged for the momo, but later, he sent replacement of those 2 momo with cold filling only. At that point, we lost interest in arguing.

Then came the Chicken Lollipop, which was by far the worst dish of the meal. It was mostly batter with very little chicken—around 10% chicken, with the rest being thick coating. It had no flavor and was basically inedible.

The Chicken Fried Rice was mediocre at best—nothing to write home about. The only thing that stood out was the Banta Soda, which was the only enjoyable part of the meal.

saw the reviews and menu on zomato and visited the place. prices were higher than shows on the zomato menu , which was fine considering prices change. asked the staff for soup recommendation between china garden special and royal soup. he told me to go for royal soup. within 5 mins the soup arrived. it was horrible and there was nothing royal about the soup. it was just tasteless , i asked one of the staff and the was like " aisa hi aata hai and ran away" . i saw the guys on the table next to me had ordered some rice which they didnt even finish half way and just paid and left. i somehow finished the soup , paid and left. never gonna visit the...

I have visited this restaurant many times, after seeing the service and taste I ordered from Zomato today, when we sat down to eat I realized that they sent one item less, after that I called this restaurant but no one picked up the phone. I ordered 2 quantity(14pcs) lollipops but I got only one quantity(7pcs), if the order was kept for so long how can someone make such a big mistake.
