Pizza Caprina — Restaurant in Mumbai

I wanted to share my recent experience with Pizza Caprina - Mulund Branch, and it's safe to say I'm pretty disappointed. I ordered the chocolate mousse, and it turned out to be a total letdown. The dessert had a strange smell, like something was off, and it even seemed to be bubbling up as if it wasn't quite right and coming to a fertilization stage.

When I reached out to the restaurant about my concerns, I didn't get the response I was hoping for. They asked me not to post a review on Zomato and Google and offered to replace the item instead and that too on next order that is call me to marrow afternoon. It's frustrating because I don't think I should have to compromise my honesty about the quality of their food.

I'm not happy with the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from Pizza Caprina - Mulund Branch. It's disappointing when a simple order turns into a source of frustration. I would caution anyone thinking of ordering from them to reconsider, unless you're okay with potentially subpar food and less-than-ideal customer service.

To Pizza Caprina - Mulund Branch, I hope you take customer feedback seriously, we have loads of money and don't want a refund or a replacement dish...I want what I ordered and that should be hygienic and don't wanna get sick with food poisoning... so better make your food good or mark an insurance on the people who are...

Terrible experience. Ordered through swiggy, as you can see the pizza is fully destroyed

I called swiggy. Swiggy was responsive, and I did manage to get a full refund back from them. Swiggy actually did good here, resolution was ohk for the money part.

But I was angry at the resturant so I called them up. The restaurant did not really care that much. They said that it's the swiggy delivery guys fault. The person the phone did not accept any responsibility.

I told him , you need to pack the pizza properly before giving it for delivery and add those pizza saver/pizza tables so the pizza does not stick to the top.

He still argued and said they don't do it for small pizzas as it is not required. Even with proof that the pizza is destroyed. Finally he said they will take care next time.

I am never ordering from this place which does not care about customers.

I had bought their annual coupons. Yesterday afternoon I ordered three pizzas 🍕 from here: 1 Golden Veg Regular, 1 Light & Crispy med, and 1 Simple Veg. I must say they were nice and tasty. You should definitely try once. Although I asked them to make all in Thin Crust, only one of them was Thin Crust. Also, the bread is little bit sweeter, although it was not an issue for us.

Edit 1: I had again ordered from here 10 days back. Heavenly Harvest: This 1 was good, but nothing wow, and lacked toppings. Paneer Makhani: This was disastrous. Totally soggy and seemed uncooked, paper was stuck to the pizza base due to it being wet. Didn't expect this. Green day: Very unique taste. Go for this 👍🏻 Paneer Periperi: Very spicy. Bread was too soft and toppings were negligible. Can be avoided.

They didn't even apologize after I complained.

Edit 2: Today I ordered GreenDay and Paneer Chilli. Tastewise both were good. But they felt undercooked. You need to instruct them to make it...
