"Subway serves you the best Subs🌯🥙 & salads🥗 ever.." A new outlet of Subway has been opened up in Thane in Panchpakhadi Area sometime before. So me & my friends decided to pay a visit this outlet. The Ambience of this restaurant is a bit small & compact, but still nails because of its simple & elegant interior. It is a very neat and clean place with a calm & peaceful atmosphere. The counter which serves you sub & salads is maintained very well, I mean very neat & clean. The Staff members of this restaurant are very friendly & polite. If you're unable to choose what to order, they would help you & recommend you the best. They have a variety of Bread, which are baked by them. You can choose according to your selection from healthy breads like multigrain & honey oat breads to cheat meal breads like Parmesan Oregano & Roasted Garlic breads. They have a big variety of sauces and can be added & can have in salads & subs according to your taste. They have both Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian options for salads & subs. You can have according to your choices. Me & my friend ordered Sub of the day which costs you only ₹.130/- . I ordered a Veg Sub. i.e Corn & peas in a multigrain Bread which was properly filled with sumptuous amount of fillings & tasted good. My friend had ordered chicken tikka sub which was best sub till now in non vegetarian sub variety. All the dishes served here are amazing at their tastes. It was a pleasant & amazing experience at this place.

This Outlet of Subway is a must visit. Go & give a try.

I ordered thru Zomato. I am a regular customer at this particular store.As of late these guys have started completely ignoring the preparation instructions.

Their restaurant number listed on Zomato is also not functional.

We pay top money and these guys feel they can pocket our money without providing the necessary proportions.

I have worked in Subway,US, a long time ago as a student. I am very well aware of their policies. These guys here at panchpakhadi have trained their guys to be stingy while adding veggies especially the Lettuce or the olives.

Zomato says they have no control over the proportions. So with this said, zomato is perfectly Hand in Glove with such looters.

Delivery executive says, he cannot say anything as the food is prepared even before he reaches there.

Similar was the case with Swiggy and now Zomato.

I have uninstalled the apps and i wouldn't be stepping into Subways anywhere in Thane as they are owned by the same...

The staff is rude towards you. They change the process of making ur sub according to their mood and preferences. For eg. Generally they heat the patty in microwave and den toast bread seperately when asked. But the patty the lady staff served me wasn't heated in the microwave at all. I even pointed out this change to her but she said that's how we do it and she didn't make any changes to it. It was ofcourse not the way Subway makes sandwiches. I have been ur customer since the very first month of subway in India and pretty much know how your staff makes a sub in front of the customer. If the service and behaviour as well as taste changes,I'm sorry to mention your going to loose loyal customers like me. I hope this doesn't repeat another...
