CHINA TOWN — Restaurant in Mumbai

Had bad experience of online order from this chinese restaurant.

We wanted to eat chinese, so I ordered food from here at around 10 pm as this restaurant is near to my home. When I was ordering they told me that it would take 30min to deliver.

No delivery attempt is made even after 1.5 hours. When I called them after 1 hr at around 11 pm, they told us that we were delivering in 15 min. Finally I decided to go there and take my order personally but they have not prepared my food as well. Aleast they should have told us on the phone that we will not be able to deliver online food, so we don't have to wait late at night.

Not much fan of this restaurant but me and my husband order sometimes from this restaurant because it is nearby to our home. We had order the food through phone call but did not get delivery even after 1.5 hr. The restaurant personnel did not bother to confirm on the phone that they won’t be able to provide service. We have been visiting this place since I was in school. We have never been disappointed. Schezwan chutney is one of a kind here. Soups, rice, noodles everything is equally good.
