Crimson — Restaurant in Mumbai

Quality of food was really really bad. Not enough staff to serve. Not sanitization norms are followed properly. Restaurant was packed without any distancing between the tables. A counter said service will be on table not counter but when I asked for salad on counter which the staff helped me with, asking me to take topping on own. The person at the entrance behind the counter was constantly on the phone and didn’t have the courtesy to even ask what we were looking for. No one came to take our order for more than 20 mins. Once we finished ordering, they just placed it on the table and left without even bothering to serve. The quality of food was average at best. Extremely poor experience. Wouldn’t recommend this...
