This is hidden place as it had no direct entry. One have to enter from Ambedkar Udyan Gate and walk for few metres to reach here. During monsoon when Powai lake is overflowing, the water falls at this place and it looks like water flowing from open gate of a dam hence it is commonly known as POWAI DAM though there is no dam as such.
