Denish The Bake House — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am very old customer of denish kurla, buying cakes since more than 10 years, the quality was best of the best, yesterday i bought a dutch truffle cake for my friends birthday, the cake was not the same as i used to buy all time, none of my friends said that its perfect every one complained about the taste, i went to complaint them about the cake, but instead of accepting the mistake they said its perfect in taste, and there isn't anything wrong with the cake, didn't got any refund but i left 2/3 of the cake at the shop, it was so disappointing this time, the way they treated their customers complaint it disappointed me, this was the last time i bought cake from denish kurla west, merwans is best, and monginis is much better than denish in customer complaint, atleast they accept their mistake and they sort the issues, these guys did even offered another one or didn't even offered refund.

Make sure about the taste whenever you buy products from...

I wouldn't even give a star as they don't deserve it,nor in the quality nor in the behaviour.I'm not a person who likes writing fake stories but just review so people really do read,Have visited kurla West opposite Shalimar hotel DENISH cake shop .First experience when I visited had taken a chicken Manchurian roll what was like a hard stone 😹 ,today I visited picked a brownie and so fried not cos I consumed it because of a child who would intake it could have fallen ill 🤢 not only kids even we .It has all fungus ,what was looking like icing sugar ,this is so ridiculous this is what we are in taking . We are paying to fall sick ,they are least bortherd too and don't even care ,it's not the point of exchange,refund or paying extra it's the question of people bluffing in name of brands .Karma serves all .Don't...

There Use to Be a Time When Denish Bakery Was Famous From It's name for quality, Price, taste of product. Now They have lost their taste it seems. They're increasing the cost over the products day by day but unable to maintain the taste in comparison to cost that is involved.. Wherein there has been huge competition from thr 8-10 Cake shops around this Bakery. In Short "Denish Bakery OR Kwality Bakery" We can say lost it's glitter in today's decades...Was A Customer since 20+year's..But Now we need to think twice...
