Domino's Pizza | Azad Nagar, Andheri West — Restaurant in Mumbai

This store is run by highly unprofessional immigrant staff that severely lacks training in hospitality and customer service. My delivery order was delivered to the wrong house without confirming the house number, receiver name verbally as well as visually.

The contact details of the delivery personnel were not shared with me, and the general helpline rep was unable to understand my problem and asked me to wait 48 hours to get my concern resolved. Ridiculous!

I had to get the store manager’s number through the web which took an hour and her response was worse. She confirmed that the order was sent to the wrong place and hung up on me. My subsequent calls to her went unanswered.

The next day, another manager on a different shift understood the situation but offered to sort it out only if I walked into the store.

Calling my experience pathetic would be an understatement. Domino’s management must be happy underpaying these people but the end result is terrible customer service. Guess what? You just lost a high CLV customer who is fond of pizzas.

And if you choose to ever reply with the standard “we couldn’t find this name in our database”, you couldn’t resolve your own mess so my name is the last thing you...

Its not been the first time for me to dine in at this place. The place does not provide as much as it promotes you can say🥲. The first time I had they made me order through the app saying they do not accept in store orders and I was served cold pizza like literally room temp . . Today you can see in the picture I took the lunch combo where I am supposed to get a choice between veg and nonveg. When asked for nonveg they said it's out of stock but they're making nonveg pizzas right in front. For the creamy tomato meltz as they have been advertising.. they have just given me one ladle full of their marinara sauce .. like the bowl is empty almost. And burnt on the sides too. Their service is really horrible. There is just one table inside and the ac wasn't working/ not switched on. They don't clean up the tables unless you repeatedly tell them to. They say they will bring the food at the table and ask to wait while they simply mark thier order that food is ready when they are preparing it. BY FAR THE WORST DOMINO'S OUTLET THAT I HAVE BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!...

Worst Experience Ever!

I ordered Domino’s on Veera Desai Road, Andheri, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. The staff’s behavior was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and lacked any form of courtesy. I had to wait forever for someone to even acknowledge my presence, and when they did, their attitude was dismissive at best.

As for the product, it was no better. The pizza was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The toppings were unevenly spread, and the crust was chewy and not fresh. I expected much better from a brand like Domino's.

This experience has definitely put me off from ordering from this location again. Poor customer service combined with subpar food quality is a recipe for disaster, and unfortunately, this place nailed it.

I would strongly advise avoiding this location. There are plenty of other options around with much better service and...
