I visit this Domino's outlet often since I live nearby since past 4 months this branch is going worst from worse. I went there last month with my siblings and order 3 pizza 2 tacos 1 pepsi and 1 paneer parcel ofcourse everything came late and as if that wasn't enough the pizzas were cold like literally I think they made our order but forgot to call our name,when told to the staff about the same she rudely said this was made just now after protesting for a while she said she will reheat it and give which obviously didn't make it any good idk if she reheated it or not but again they were served cold 1st she was rude while taking our order and now this. That was gone I let it slide thinking maybe it was a one time thing. However I went there yesterday with my sister 1st of all the cashier said they have lots of order can't take anymore which was ok and we went home.I went there again today the employee on work said my order will take 20 mins I understood that maybe they might have huge orders alreadyy we agreed placed or order and sat on the table ,when our order finally arrived the table wasn't clean and we had to ask them to clean it after which i went to ask for oregano and was told to take it from the container on the table which wasn't really dispensing any oregaon after an argument she finally gave me 2 packs mind you 2 lil packs of oregaon for a total of 2 pizzas well idk where this outlet is headed but im def not heading to this outlet of...

I order different items at 20:30 on 10/04/2025 but the order was not delivered until 21:40. Upon follow up on my order with the store the staff talked to me on speaker which I could not hear. I informed the staff that I can bearly hear her so requested her to remove the phone from speaker but she hung up. I called again to which the same lady rather than apologizing for the delayed order & the phone she asked my order number. Then she said my order is ready but there is no one to deliver & she will look for someone. The oder didn't come for another 10 minutes hence I called again this time a gentleman picked up who had no update on when my order will be delivered. Hence I asked him to cancel my order. He confirmed that it will be done but once again there was no apology. He also didn't explain the refund process. I called again asking if my order is canceled & about the refund. Only thing he said that the order is canceled & I will receive a message from Domino's. He then hung up. By the time I received pizzas from another outlet which I order at 22:00 it was 22:30. My family & myself stayed hungry for two hours because of such a poor service from Domino's. I will never order pizza again from Domino's. It will not make any difference to Domino's but at the same time it will not make any difference in my life to as I will order & enjoy pizza, etc. from...

On 29th March 2021 I had ordered 2 chicken barbecue pizza at 1am in the night from zomato app and the time was showing 45 mins to deliver after 45 mins I was continuously calling them to ask about my order which is more than 25 calls and I received a call from zomato for the exact location that too after 2 am that time I canceled the order and when I told that zomato guy to connect me to dominos on conference call the lady who received the call was very rude arrogant and when i asked her why no one was picking up the call she told me that she had removed the wire so thats why she was not able to hear the ring and when that zomato guy called she heard the rings atleast she should have informed the customer if it is getting delayed and because I had done online payment i asked them about my refund at that time the lady on call from dominos told me that it will take 8-10 days days for the refund. First of all it was their mistake that they were late to deliver the order and when I was calling in dominos the staff is very inconvenient that no one was picking up the calls nor they informed me about the delay and the lady was too rude and instead I am not getting my refund so...
