There was cement and debris in the usual parking area so I parked where I could find space. The watchman asked me to move the car (as is his job) but was extremely rude about it. Didn't care to hear what I had to say. Moved my car but I wish that was the end of it.
The staff never cared to show up till I asked him to take our order. When I inquired what can be made keeping my allergies in mind, he asked me to eat a salad or leave. When I asked to meet the chef, miraculously sandwiches and a pasta could be made. But after 20 mins of patiently waiting for the chef, he never bothered to show up. When I asked the server Mausam if I could go see the chef, he flatly refused. 40 mins of waiting and I left without having had any food. And they were more than happy to see me go hungry and upset. Extremely rude service from Mausam and the mystery chef.
I usually order their cakes home and they are quite delectable. But at a principal level, I refuse to deal with an establishment that doesn't care for their patrons. Especially one that used to recommend them so strongly. Pity.
Hope the owner...

The service can be pretty laid back when the lady is not around with the service staff completely lost in their own world leaving the customer's breathing time in the hustle and bustle of Worli chaos.
The bakery stuff is mostly awesome and very delicious though a tad on the costly side compared to the overall experience.
All in all definitely an excellent place for some mindful one to one...

Was very disappointed to be informed that they now shut at eight thirty pm. So did my shoots and carried on to my familiar favourite Ģ Mocambo - for a fulfilling meal.
