I absolutely hate to do this because nykaa till date has been my go-to platform for cosmetics, self care products but what I have experienced in the last 24 hours is unfathomable. My order has been delayed for 36 hours. It was due the day before yesterday. Given the weather conditions, I understand it could not be delivered on the 6th. Then, the delivery date was changed to 7th Sep. I waited patiently and only for the order to be delayed for another 24 hours. Whereas nykaa partners up with delivery hubs, the fact that the customer care did not bother to listen to customer shows that they don't care at all regarding customer experience and satisfaction. The delivery hub shadowfax is unresponsive as is. Conveniently, there is no customer service agent we can speak to and raise the issue. However, before reaching out to nykaa support I had already dropped my concerns with shadowfax via whatever minimal customer support was available on their website. Now, yesterday, already having waited for half the day, I realized the order will not come to me if I don't call. I called up the Shadowfax agent at 3 and his response was, "you haven't received your order yet? ", as if the delivery was ever attempted. I gave him a deadline to deliver the order at 4, to which he said we would ensure to come by 7 pm. Now, the reason I also reached out to the delivery agent was so that he doesn't mess up the delivery. Post my call with the agent I reached out to nykaa support to log the issue and told them that the agent would make some other excuse and would delay the order for another 24 hours. as I knew something like this would happen. They asked me to wait and said the day isn't over yet the order is scheduled to be delivered today so please wait. Played this on like a broken record. I waited. Waited and gave the delivery agent until 7. Followed up again at 8 when he was hardly 5-10 mins away from my residence. He said my order will be delivered today, this was said with a guarantee. Did not happen and then I received a msg from shadowfax saying the delivery could not be attempted. K immediately reached out to the nykaa support and they told me they are prioritising expediting the order. I don't know what their understanding of expediting is, prioritising or urgent delivery, but it has now been 12 hours and I haven't received the package yet. THE SCHEDULE DATE OF DELIVERY WAS 6TH. IT IS NOW 8TH AFTERNOON. I reached out to the nykaa support team again early morning and they had to say the same thing again! Please wait, prioritising, urgent delivery but of course, the delivery will not be attempted today. Had nykaa support staff listened to my grievance and taken me seriously the first time around, my order would have been delivered yesterday. Unfathomable. Just because nykaa has shipped out the order doesn't mean it's duty towards its customer is over. Customer experience is through and through. And it is non-negotiable. All I have received are false promises, hollow assurances, the nykaa team hasn't moved an inch to ensure that the order was prioritised because if they had the attempt would have been made first thing in the morning post 10. beware of buying product from Nykaa specially if you want to return Just sharing some worst experience buying product in Nykaa This time after I came to India I registered to nykaa for the first time and ordered couple of items. In that I have returned few items. Now the problem I have faced recently I have ordered 3 products in nykaa in which 2 are not fitting properly so I have requested for return. As I have returned to UK I could not complete the return process ( pickup, refund and all) . But I saw in the app they have rejected my return request, and it's written it's rejected due to some missing information if I chat they will create the new request. After seeing that I have tried to chat with them , no reply. I have send several emails. Every email they are saying my account is in under investigation, and they can not help further ( I am attaching the screenshot how they replied) . And they have said I have returned with saying that defective product or wrong product which was not right . I said if u keep the product as returnable item why you are not taking smooth though it's in the original conditions, and ask them the proof where I have returned the product with saying that defective product. After asking the proof no reply. I did not expect their service is like this otherwise I could have never buy product from them. They are just doing cheating with the customers, saying a product as returnable not taking return and saying your account is under investigation. I have other work to do except following up with Nykaa. Anyway I am so frustrated so I am writing this post here to share my experience what I am facing.    Read moreplaced the order for cosmetics on Sunday,14th October 2018.Paid for it online itself. Next day, Got a message that Shipment is out for delivery before 7pm. Address was Clear: Palladium-most popular landmark in Mumbai. Past 8 pm still no trace so I called up the courier company number listed in the message. His reason: the guy couldn't locate the address! As I wouldn't be coming to work for next three days and I needed the shipment, I told him I was ready to wait at work if he was nearby. So he asked to come to Prabhadevi stn.,where in he will handover the shipment. But when I reached there,he had not yet started from his Dadar warehouse. . It was a discourteous and disrespectful attitude! Next day after my complaint, another courier guy was assigned. As I wasn't there, I asked if he could deliver to Bandra. He agreed , took the address but never turned up. After that his phone has been unreachable. Additionally, daily I get updates that my shipment is out for delivery today by 7pm. Then at the end if the day I get another update stating that the delivery has been postponed to next day. They even went ahead and cancelled my order without even contacting me!!! The courier company refuses to respond. The Nykaa company with whom I had placed so much trust only gives stock call center response .
It's been a week with no response, resolution! All because the order was prepaid! They got the money so why bother whether the order reaches the right person or not! Highly callous attitude Nykaa!! #Nykaa...
