Hotel Jyoti — Restaurant in Mumbai

Today 3 March 24, I ordered for half paneer handi and 5 tandoori rotis for home delivery. But the order packed came upwas half paneer handi but billed amount was for full panner.

After calling the hotel and also told the delivery guy, that the quantity he got is half paneer handi. Although the bill amount wash for full paneer handi. The delivery guy said they had packed full panner handi . This was ridiculous how can u pack full paneer handi in a half paneer handi container. I asked the delivery guy to take it back and get me half paneer handi. Àfter few minutes the guy comes back and says sorry this is half paneer handi he was confused as well as the personnel preparing the bill( or whomsoever took the bill). . I faced this first time in last 10 years. Is there any mis management or some business to fool the customer has been started. Since I order regularly from this hotel. I know what is half paneer handi quantity but they can easily fool children or first time customers.

Here onwards i won't be ordering from this place. This is called fooling business and not restaurant business. The delivery guy is smart enough to take back the bill so that no one can claim such a thing...

Never order anything from this restaurant.... I have ordered 2 times .... They never delivered anything on time ... Just gives hopes that their delivery boy will reach in 10 min ,but that doesn't happens... Jyoti hotel is just 220m away from my home distance.... They took 1 hour 13 min to deliver.... That was my first and last order ...

The food is excellent but the service is a joke, I am ordering food and 10 mins later I am being told that the kitchen is closed, so now I have had half my meal and cannot eat the other half. Really appalling if the restaurant is comfortable to let customers go middle of the meal, that's worse than sending...
