Boneto Fine Dine — Restaurant in Mumbai

AMBIENCE: Probably the best fine dining spot I have been to in recent times, has 3 seperate sections: 2 on ground floor, a family section and a casual dining section, with superb ambience 3rd section is a roof top section for parties, where people can smoke This makes it a perfect place for anyone, be it a family or a group of bachelors.

FOOD: Coming to the food, Top notch quality we tried both veg and non veg( chicken as well as seafood) and I got to give it to them, they nailed every bite of it. Creamy chicken chowder soup is a must try, it was soooo rich. We ordered everything recommended by the captain. Surmai tandoori was out of this world, it was very fresh and the marination was on point

SERVICE: I visited on the 1st of January at 8:45pm, the restaurant was packed, prior reservation is recommended, all the captains and the manager were very helpful and friendly. Maybe I'm nit picking, but I felt the service was a little slower, maybe bcoz it was new year and they had 3 full sections of people, I'll have to check on my next visit.

Overall, a great experience at not so expensive price. And yeah, you can celebrate birthdays there, you can bring your own cake and they'll keep it in their refrigerator and serve it to you at the end.

Dear Boneto Team and Aakash,

I was a regular customer visiting repeated sometimes within a week. I had paid once online through ZOMATO and I believe it took sometime for the payment to be refelected. They clicked the picture of the payment being done and I also showed them the bank message and offered to give my business card incase there is any issue they can contact me or my office. In the meantime the manager - (I believe he was Mr Dube or Tripathi either) started becoming rude in front of the guests that had come with me which was really embarrassing. I mentioned that we could have been asked for few more minutes and when the payment gets reflected we should have amicably just closed the topic. The manager ended up saying things such as it doesn’t matter if you come back or not | it doesn’t matter if I talk to the owner or Aakash but he was not ready to say that it could have been handled a bit more graciously. Things like these lead to loosing a regular customer…Boneto might be an attempt for a fine dine but this particular staffs behaviour is far from what the restaurant is...
