I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Star Parade and I must say, the food was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.The menu at Hotel Star Parade was diverse and offered a wide range of options to suit every palate. Whether you're a fan of international cuisine or prefer local delicacies, this hotel has it all. The presentation of each dish was impeccable, with attention to detail evident in every plate that was served.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes to choose from. The quality of the ingredients used was evident, as each bite was bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes, which were cooked to perfection and filled with a generous amount of ingredients.For lunch and dinner, the hotel's restaurant offered a range of options that catered to all dietary preferences. The seafood dishes were a standout, with the fish being incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Started the new year with a lovely dining experience at Stars Parade. Despite being super busy and full, the staff was very courteous, senior management was around to make sure everyone was seated, felt comfortable and service wasnt inordinately delayed. Now to the food ! Excellent. Whatever we tried at least ! We had a mix of Indian tandoori plus seafood and it was great flavour, great service and good recommendations by the staff. Everythin really felt fresh and flavoursome. The Goan fish curry with steamed rice was light, aromatic and wholesome The malai tikkas were super succulent and light too. Food was not overly garnished or spices so as to retain some of its natural fragrance bad taste. Drinks were good too along with desserts. We tried the kulfi and brownie with icecream and hot chocolate sauce. All in all, a place that had been recommended by many for wholesome food, good variety and nice ambience turned out to be just that ! Definitely would revisit and hope the experience...

The place is almost like a hidden gem for the most authentic food. The menu and dishes here is testament to the culinary mastery of the chefs to bring actual punjab here in chembur.

The earthy feeling especially in Punjabi dishes are truly to be experienced. The rich gravies to perfectly spiced tandoori delights and options of Chinese ..showcases excellent flavours crafted by the chefs.

The other part which really makes me keep coming back here again and again as if it's my Mayka is warmness of the years old loyal and ever friendly and genuine staff.
