Pros A lot of security: There are a lot of guards to guide you and keep you away from the tracks etc. Cheap rates: Journey from chembur to wadala costs only 11 rs which is way lesser than first class compartment of local trains. Great ambience and infrastructure of trains as well as stations.

Cons: Turns of the tracks are too steep: It almost feels like a roller coaster ride when the train takes a turn. Its a bit scary. Bumpy ride: The ride is bumpy and the train vibrates a bit. It could have been smoother. Leakage problem: even before rains some water was leaking from the roof. I think that was because of AC.
