House Of Food — Restaurant in Mumbai

Terrible Experience — Avoid This Place This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and bar. The place has three floors — ground, middle, and rooftop — but only two single washrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the top floor), which is highly inconvenient.

When I went to the washroom, someone kept banging on the door aggressively from outside, even though it was clearly locked. After I came out, a person rudely accused me of taking too long, saying, “Why are you taking so much time?” I politely addressed him as “sir” and explained, but he continued to behave aggressively.

When I later went near the manager, the same person challenged me again, saying, “Do you want to fight?” I still remained calm. Shockingly, the manager and the floor captain did nothing. When I told my table’s waiter about it, he supported me — but instead of addressing the problem, the manager started arguing with the waiter, calling him names.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even realize I was with a female friend, yet their language was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful.

This place seems to operate only for tips and extra income, with no idea how to behave with customers or handle situations professionally. The local crowd here is toxic, and the management does nothing to control them. If this is how they treat guests, they might as well put up a sign saying “Local Only” instead of advertising on Google and other platforms.

good place, budget friendly, nice ambience. however it really needs improvement on service, hygiene and seating on top floor. The staff should be trained. It seemed there is no enough staff to serve the customers. The food took too much time. we had to remind the waiters multiple times to provide menu and take orders. At times we were served wrong orders. Tandoori paneer was burnt. The glasses were dirty. When we showed it to the waiter, he told that they were just washed. The seating is cramped and congested. No water and glasses were offered. Accidentally, a waiter spilled some beer on chair and...

It is really a very good place to hangout with friends, we can have a good time here, with lively friends we can have a blast.

Me and my friend really loved this place very much. We had a good time there, Their ambience is very lively, they do play music on their top floor. It's really nice the best part has to be their music selection, they regularly play Sanam Puri music everyday, i wish if they would have played 90's music if they do it then it would be amazing.

Me and my friend have decided to visit this place once again for sure.
