Subway Bhandup East — Restaurant in Mumbai

So listen to this. Last night (1 Aug 24) I ordered 2 subs + coke from Swiggy app, and did advance payment. I was tracking the order, and the delivery person Shigvan Dinesh Dhondu picked up the order. After 20 minutes I saw it 'coming early' and then the ordered was marked as delivered in the App. However, I had not received it. Then I checked with my family and even went down to check with apartment security, but no delivery person had come yet. Surprised, I called Swiggy delivery person almost 10 times, but he neither picked up the call neither returned. Then I chatted and spoke to Swiggy customer support. Even they refused to help, saying that I should email their support, and they would take 24 hours. Imagine, it is 11 pm, 1 hour has already passed and I'm into this frustrating mess. Hearing that I should now email someone, made me absolutely furious. Left with no choice, I frustratingly emailed them and explained the scenario. I asked for a refund. Now consider this, just now (exactly after 24 hours) they emailed saying they have confirmation that order was delivered. See the state of customer service food delivery apps are providing to citizens. They charge for platform fee, take more charge that restaurant menu, then even ask for tip for delivery person. Place is located on LBS marg in Bhandup, visible from the road itself, no need to hunt or travel by lanes to look for the place. however i would like to inform you that the place is not that great or has a vibe to it, ambiance wise it is not happening (that's what i felt). menu is subway (obviously they will not be serving McD) and yes they have around 5-6 tables with 4 chairs on each seating capacity in the outlet, quite a small place.
