La Pino'z Pizza Thakur Complex — Restaurant in Mumbai

The food is good, till now. The pizza base is consistent. Also, the Giant and Monster varieties are especially good for friends' groups.

But the menu in the app is really confusing and it has a different layout compared to the paper menu. E.g. the Classic is divided into 2 parts, one shows only Margherita and the other shows Onion, Tomato, Capsicum pizzas. If I ordered a Tomato classic pizza, then next time I will look for the same under Classic menu - where there is only Margherita! Surely you don't expect customers to memorise menus! It should be intuitive.

Also, the app menu should have a 'sort by price' option; i.e. for ANY display / sub-menu, the list of displayed items should be sortable on price - low to high and high to low.

Dine in: The ambience is really good, including the furniture and interiors. But the mustard sauce needs to improve. It tastes of mayonnaise texture and the standard mustard punch is missing.

Finally, every table should have tissues. This is a must! Alternatively, when the order is being delivered at the table, the serving person should give tissues, without having to ask.

In spite of complaining, there was no tissue given with my dine-in order. No tissues were available at the table either. You cannot keep ignoring this.

My visit to La Pino'z Pizza in Thakur Complex was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting ambience. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly.

La Pino'z Pizza is a pure vegetarian chain of pizza, and I was delighted to find such a wide variety of vegetarian options on their menu.

I tried their Cheesy 7 pizza, and it truly exceeded my expectations. As a cheese lover, I can confidently say that this pizza is a must-try! The blend of seven different cheeses was incredibly delicious, and each bite was a burst of cheesy goodness.

In addition to the Cheesy 7, I also sampled their Paneer Tikka pizza and Mac and Cheese Pasta, both of which were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Paneer Tikka pizza had the right amount of spice, and the Mac and Cheese Pasta was creamy and comforting.

To end my meal on a sweet note, I indulged in their Choco lava cake, which was heavenly. The cake was moist, and the gooey chocolate center was a chocolate lover's dream.

Ordered on weekday-Thursday (9thbJune).Order no. 7014295.. It took 30 mins to prepare the order as per app. It was delivered after 50 mins..Due to delay, I tried couple of time to call the restaurant..Annoying part was that contact number was their call-center number and not d number of local outlet.I tried twice, but noone picked up d call.I got recorded message saying that someone would call me back,but noone called..

After receiving order after 50 mins (that too on weekdays), delivery boy missed to carry thumps up bottle..Since we wanted to start eating soon, I told him that no need to go back and come back again with that thumpsup bottle.Instead, pls ask restaurant to transfer me that amount via UPI on my cell number..Instead of sending me refund via UPI, RESTAURANT sent thumpsup bottle around 11-11.30 PM... Seriously? Why would you do that?

Their Tacos are not good..Domino's Tacos r d best one..Pizza was ok..Nothing great..

Pls provid contact number of your local outlets,so that customers can contact them in case of delay..Else, make your call-center operations...
