I’d like to narrate a few experiences of mine when I went to Radha Krishna Hotel.

Firstly their food is out of the world . Try anything the food is amazing. The cooks & the staff are extremely cordial & always greet you with a smile. The ambiance is serene and just sitting here in itself is a stress buster. I visited the restaurant about 3 times. Each time I went with a different set of people. After every visit of mine i have become a bigger fan of Radha Krishna hotel and their staff . All my friends I took along keep on raving about their visit here.

I wanted to narrate two instances which really touched my heart. The first one was when we over ordered and I asked Pratham if we could parcel 📦 the food . He politely came back and said we haven’t still prepared the food if you want we can cancel the food as it wouldn’t taste good if it’s consumed later. I have never come across such consideration and politeness from any hotel staff as him ever before. It the highest level of customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.This personalised attitude is what sets this place a world apart from most of its contemporaries. It’s the personal touch that Pratham & his team bring to the table that make the whole experience that much more personal and enjoyable.

(Food was good, taste was good, things around looked clean) I liked this place when they were serving as per order from menu. I revisited here 2days back with my family and some guests with same expectations. But they have change there service to Thali system. I liked the food there last time so I decided to eat there. Price they are charging as per the thali and service is quite high. I've been to many hotel where service is done according to Thali in same and bit lower price range, there they provide more side dishes and sweets along with 500ml packed water bottle and cold drink or jusice in each serve. Radha Krishna hotel not only charge for water bottel but also they charge Rs.10/- extra than the base price. Team added 1 extra bottle what we actually had and extra thali in my bill (saying it is because our kids are with us) thats is ok but should be discussed by hotel staff while explaining the venue to guests before starting to serve. Service is Slow if you like to have chapti instead of puri you'll have to wait for it everytime you want one. If you or your kids get craving for starting snacks like roll or पापड. Don't ask for it second time, I don't think kitchen staff or manager actually want to serve it to you again. I want to say this again...

The food and ambiance here are certainly decent. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The ambiance is comfortable and well-suited for both casual outings and more special occasions. One aspect that caught my attention was the pricing. While the quality of the food is good, I found the rates to be on the higher side. It would be great if they could consider offering a more competitive pricing structure, especially in relation to the value provided.

Service is prompt along with ample Parking space.

While the food is of decent quality, there is room for improvement in terms of taste. Enhancing the flavors of dishes could elevate the dining experience to another level. Additionally, focusing on delivering a better value for money proposition could help them stand...
