Cafe Amar is a Mughlai restaurant based in Chembur. They have a wide variety of food and since I like to try new places, I decided to order from them.

I ordered Chicken Lahori which arrived in just 25 minutes. The packaging was good and I had planned to eat this with homemade roti. Quantity wise it was decent and contained 5 medium sized pieces of Chicken. The gravy was thick, orange in color, medium in spice levels and taste wise it was delicious. Chicken pieces were tender and easy to eat. Overall, I can say it was a good experience and it has definitely motivated me to order again from them.

Zero rating for food quality, zero rating for test, Zero rating for hygiene (worst), 2 rating for packaging. No politeness to while taking with customers. I was saw that worker was chewing tobacco or Gutaka. He remove Gutaka from mouth by hand and without wash he was starting to work again..... unfortunately i have seen that after order was ready, we took this prefer and walked away. We didn't eat...we were order from other hotel... overall 1 rating is not deserving too...but I couldn't post...

What a disaster! The paneer tikka was so dry and flavorless it was like chewing cardboard, and the dal was watery and tasteless. The ambiance was off-putting, with harsh fluorescent lighting and a strong odor of cleaning chemicals. The service was shockingly poor-our server was inattentive, spilled water on our table without apologizing, and brought us the wrong dishes. This restaurant is an embarrassment to...
