OYO Flagship 389 Maitri Park — Hotel in Mumbai

We stayed here with cockroaches, yes you heard it right! We stayed here and went down for a while and while coming back, we saw so so many cockroaches there in the room roaming. I was just out of viral fever, and they were all on our sweets, water, and my bag. If something happens to me who would be responsible for that? Upon that the lines get close post 11. In the morning we had 2 hours conversation to which, 45 mins were wasted and when Go ibibo guys had audacity to only give 20% cashback and when we denied cause we dint pay 1500 for cockroaches to stay, the guy had just cut the call. We again called and told the whole issue, to which they agreed to give us refund of 803. But the point is if you are wrong then why was the need to cut the call on our face? You guys show cthe rooms are so clean just to fool and attract customers? Like even the service was not proper, we almost had to call 3-4 times for a particular service to be done. And when booked from Goibibo at the time of booking they book it within seconds and when raised and issue they call oyo people and these people and that and do a tons of timepass with no proper solution, they will just play within themselves and telling us sorry and no proper solution given. This is not how it works. Nor i am trusting Go Ibibo...

Not at all happy with the quality of room given||Room was small, had smell of disinfectant all around in nauseating levels|No cross ventilation, |Air conditioner is 1950's which made lot of noise and cooling was not appropriate, noise of typical old school wall mounted air conditioning which made noises of 60db||No window for cross ventilations, room is as big as the bed with space for one person to move around the bed only||Bathroom was neat till we started using||Flush is again 1950's type which need a good push to open up!!! Water was getting blocked in basin and the bathroom, must not have cleaned or dechoked for ages!!!!||And amazingly the hotel is full and sold out!!!! ||Mostly people have better rooms and I had a bad day or poeple donot know there r better hotels around at the same prices||Anyway my experience was sour and will not return to this hotel in future||And by the way this was my first experience with Oyo hotels, not a good start where I will keep in mind in future...

I guess the images were clicked when the hotel was just established. The way up to the hotel reception itself was such a mood off, lift looked like it needs some caring. I cut short my stay at this property after staying for just about 6 hrs. Checked a couple of rooms before hesitantly confirming one because I had checked in very early in the morning. Both the rooms smelled of fungus and dust. The paint on the walls were starting to come off. Bedsheet had stains on it. The bathroom could use better ventilation. A remote for the AC would have been so much more helpful, I might have given a star extra just for that kind of concerned hospitality.
