South Indian Food is fine. But sabji Rotis are not at all good.

Ordered Manchow soup which never came to the table. Also, I ordered something called “Bullet Sabji” which was recommended by them, it’s kofta was Dry, Full of aata and Bland” When we told the staff about it, instead of taking a feedback he was defending the food. So we informed the owner, Owner also did not take our feedback.

We never asked for discount towards the bill, however we just wanted to amke sure the chef knows the DISH was not worth it to be served.

Inshort, A Worst experience and not a friendly place.

Answer to your reply: If at all you or your employee checked our table the dish that was served was left un eaten and that time there was so much rush your team also forget to give the soup. (Which we didn’t want to bring up)

Accepting mistake and not repeating is what was expected. And we have been a repeating customer that’s why we let it go. Neither we asked for discount not for a replaced dish.

My recent visit to Sadguru pure veg restaurant left much to be desired. The delay in service was notably frustrating, with prolonged wait times for both seating and receiving our orders. Unfortunately, the slow pace was not the only issue.

The staff's behavior was disappointingly rude, adding an unwelcome layer to the overall experience. It felt as though our inquiries about the delayed service were met with dismissive attitudes rather than genuine concern. Politeness and courtesy appeared to be in short supply among the employees.

While the food quality was reasonable, the combination of sluggish service and disrespectful behavior overshadowed any positive aspects. I hope that takes steps to address these issues, as prompt service and a welcoming atmosphere are crucial elements of a satisfying...

The staff and the owner is very poor in speaking. They may anytime insult the clients as they want, and even if you dont want to give the tip. I dont understand why cant they afford to pay their own staff and make dependent on us? Also the food including their seera is worst!! Kulfi literally is ice and nothing else..

And thw reply from them. They will fool you with some price on call, and while handing over the bill, the price will be something else. If u deny to pay that, they will make u pay. If you talk and check, they wont even accept their mistake until the proof is shown showing the call was done and u have the call recording.

Main point. Wont even give regular water, as they even want to earn of the packaged water bottle..
