The hotel never informed us about their early check in fee even after me calling them several times two days prior to the check in day. They waited so that the booking cancellation window gets over and after we reached the property they denied us check in. We reached the property by 7 in the morning and we wanted to check out at 6am the next day. They made us wait for 2hrs and then when we were very much helpless they told us to pay 50% of booking charge as early check in fee ie 3000 rupees that made our room rate 9000 in total. As I mentioned I have contacted them prior but none of them told me about this fee that means they deliberately trapped us in this. The room was very small. The restaurant was a mess on ordering it took more than a hour to serve the food and the height of miss management is that a glass of juice ordered was served to us half half that too 30 minutes apart I stund by this kind of miss management that too with such a hotel group. All the staff were rude they were not at our service it was like they were bosses and we had to put up with whatever mess they do. Overall a terrible stay never ever coming back to any of the hotels...

You have to knock. Service is very slow. Food is not good, rooms are not cleaned on daily basis you have to ask every time. For getting a Normal juice they take 45 minutes. There is no cupboard where to keep clothes? Is this even a hotel? And then it's a brand of IHCL. I am surprised that there is no inspection done by IHCL before they allowed them to use their name. There is no conference room. They don't have work chairs. Washroom didn't even have a space to keep towels, towels are kept above the pot (wc) which most of the times falls in pot (wc). There is a train station junction behind it so too much sound of trains. Floor carpet in room is dirty, their buffet is a joke. At Rs 9500 per night I was expecting a better hotel. Will never stay here again and will never recommend this...
