My overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and showed no sense of responsibility. When I accidentally left behind a valuable item and called within half an hour, they flatly denied having it. I even went back and waited for 2 hours, but housekeeping kept repeating the same thing without trying to genuinely help. The attitude felt careless and dismissive. Apart from this, service quality in general is poor and not at all guest-friendly. Definitely not worth the price...
