Sai Leela Fast Food — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience from this restaurant. I used to order from here since more than 2 years and often used to order Chicken Franky with Wheat based roti. It seems the management has been changed after lockdown. They have the same chef now as I cannot forget the taste. The food is generally good but its not good when they do exactly opposite the customer orders for. I once went to the restaurant and ordered the same for parcel. They told me it will take 10 minutes to get ready. I took a walk and came back in 15 minutes, they told me it will take some more time. I was okay and waiting there itself for another 30 minutes. The waiter came near the table and decided to serve it. I mentioned again it is a parcel order and confirmed whether its a wheat based roti, the female owner guaranteed me it is. The male owner also went inside the kitchen afterwards.

Reaching home and to my sadness I found it's a maida based roti. I don't eat maida later during the night and had to serve that to my building dogs. What makes me furious is after waiting for merely 1 hour and asking whether it was a wheat based franky the owners decided to just lie about it as it was their closing time. It seems once money gets into ones head some customers just don't matter. This is what happens when someone thinks they can just do some malpractices thinking they can just get away with it as they have a wide customer base.

I called up on the same night but the waiter picked up the call. I addressed the entire issue to him and told him to pass on the information to his bosses. On calling the next day the waiter again lies about his bosses not being present at the restaurant the entire day, think about it.

There was no resolution and I will never order from this restaurant and I think...

I have been visiting this place from last couple of years .This place use to be good for the taste of food but now they been not able to mantain the food qaulity , i been facinging this from last few months but today they spoiled it I odered a Chicken Hydrabadi bryiani . They put soo much of salt that we couldnt eat it and atlast we have to throw it . It is very sad to throw or waist food like this. but Sai leela maid me...

The food is very delicious even high end restaurant better than many high end restaurants i tried.

I usually dine in so my review is based on that. I usually go for Manchow soup, Chicken Masala Fried Momos and Chicken Chinese Bhel all are best so do try them all.
