It’s wedding season and mithai is being shared whole heartedly and keeping that in mind, MM Mithaiwala is a great option to keep in mind when looking to shop sweets and savories. Considering how special our mithais are to us and the fact that they’re served on all kinds of special occasions, it’s only fair to purchase the best quality and most delicious mithai for our most special moments. MM Mithaiwala is definitely an outlet that can be entrusted with this important task. I recently had the chance to try a vast assortment of their mithai and snacks and I was left rather impressed. Here’s what I tried. •Anjeer Pista Roll Loaded with pista and set in anjeer this mithai is shaped into small cylinder like rolls that are easy to eat and simple to carry and gift. The mithai has a sticky glutinous texture, it’s nutty and well balanced. I would also think that this option is more nutritious in comparison to other fat rich mithais. •Kaju Katli India’s favorite and one of our most famous, kaju katli really needs no introduction. The kaju katli made by MM is coarsely ground which gives it good texture and makes you feel the nuttiness of the dessert as opposed to other mithai shops where they grind it so fine and adulterate it to the extent that the kaju is lost. You can feel the kaju and taste it too in this dish. •Cake Barfi (Milk Cake like mithai cut into convenient barfi size) I absolutely loved the milk cake I had from MM. It was grainy in texture, yet soft and absolutely melted in my mouth. Although the dessert was sweet, it was not over sweet and that is something that really matters to me. A point to clarify here that this dessert is not kalakand, it’s the brown colored, grainy version of milk cake. •Motichoor Laddu The motis in the laddu made by MM are slightly larger than the kind I like. I like my motichoor laddus with extremely fine beads and a moist, soft texture. The laddus made by MM have a soft texture and are topped with beautiful silver foil. I personally would like smaller beads and more moistness, but that’s just me. Overall, still a good dish. •Gulab Jamun Hands down, my favorite Indian dessert. High on calories but higher on happiness, am I right? Beautiful, soft gulab jamuns, decadent and soaked in the perfect chashni. This ones a winner. Definitely worth getting your hands on. •Gajar Ka Halwa Warm, rich, nutty, decadent, homely and hearty all at once, this one just strikes all the right chords. If there’s one dessert that spells “maa ke haath ka pyaar” it’s definitely this one and the one made by MM will definitely make the nostalgia kick in. •Bhakarwadi Ending my review on a savory note! Unusual I know. However bhakarwadi is one of my all time favourite Indian snacks and makes for the perfect way to end this perfect experience. The bhakarwadi pack from MM costs 80 rupees and has perfectly crisp, medium sized bhakarwadis that are perfectly seasoned and spiced. Not too spicy, not over sweet, just perfect. I absolutely loved everything about my first experience with MM Mithaiwala. A big shoutout to the beautiful packaging and the lovely bows. All the mithai also was beautifully garnished with generous silver foil and the whole box left me feeling happy and festive.

MM Mithaiwala are immensely popular in Malad & if you’ve visited malad over the years I’m sure you’ve drooled over their sweets, dry fruits, namkeen & snacks just like me 😜 Located near malad station MM mithaiwala offers a wide variety of premium mithais, Chatpata namkeen & tasty snacks which will get you drooling in no time 😍. The aroma & display counter of MM Mithaiwala is so tempting that you always end up confused what all to order. A family friend brought an assorted bag from MM Mithaiwala which had the following items :- Special bhakarwadi A great munching snack to be enjoyed with tea & coffee. Gulab Jamun Chunky pieces of fresh & soft Gulab Jamun which instantly melt in your mouth. Box 1 - Assorted Mithai * Motichoor Laddu * Kaju katri * Anjeer Pista Roll Box 2 - Assorted Mithai * Dry fruit Laddu * Milk Cake * Dry fruit Barfi Mithai boxes were beautifully wrapped with Customised labelling, offering premium quality, decent quantity @ affordable prices which make MM Mithaiwala immensely popular till date. If you don’t eat sweets do try their Chaat varieties, Samosa, Vada pav & Lassi. These are so tempting & my personal favourite. Note :- They take online booking & provide quick home delivery All in all a great place to order sweets, namkeen & snacks @ affordable prices without comprising on quality & taste

Hi, I had a really bad experience at a restaurant. 😔 I ordered the unlimited pizza, pasta and starter option, but it turned out to be a big scam. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 PM sharp, but the manager didn't come to take my order until 6:15 PM. He informed me that the unlimited ordering would only be available until 7:00 PM. 🕰️ The starter was served at 6:35 PM, followed by both white and red pasta at 6:50 PM. The sandwich pizza was served at 7:00 PM. After the starter, I asked for another serving of the starter which includes fries, crispy potato and two pieces of nuggets, but the manager told me that I would only get fries and that crispy potato nuggets are only served once. I then requested another serving of the pizza and asked them to bring it quickly. However, the staff informed me that pizza ko time lagta hai sir. 🍕 It turns out that the unlimited offer only includes one sandwich pizza, one small bowl of red and white pasta, and one starter (fries, crispy potato, and 2 pieces of nuggets). Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. 👎

Looking for a satisfactory craving-filling service provider? Then don’t forget to visit here. Restaurant Sai Veg World is a meticulously maintained and impeccably clean open restaurant that offers a wide array of delectable cuisines to satisfy every palate. Located conveniently near Goregaon East Station, this establishment is known for its varied culinary offerings. From sumptuous chaats to delectable Chinese combos, and from flavorful Punjabi combos to creamy and rich Dal Makhani combos, Sai Veg World leaves no stone unturned in delivering a diverse and satisfying dining experience.

The menu card also offers delectable South Indian delicacies, rich pav bhaji, and grilled sandwiches, if you're in the mood for something lighter. To satiate our predilection, we frequently consume desserts and sweet drinks like milk and fruit shakes, as well as Rabadi, Malpua, and Jalebi. In addition to satisfying our appetites, these tasty goodies provide us with the immense satisfaction of paying for such a refined supply.

According to the timetable, the restaurant is open from seven in the daylight until half past one in the dead of night, offering a varied variety of clients such as food connoisseurs, office workers, and night owls. Children's lunches are also provided. Since 1995, Sai Veg World has gained a reputation for serving large quantities of food of high quality to patrons from Mumbai and other nearby areas. The restaurant is well-positioned and has a constant flow of patrons who come for the flavorful and substantial servings of meals.

Mr. Dinesh J. Suvarna, Mr. Subhash J. Suvarna, Mr. Yogesh J. Survarna and Mr. Suryakant J. Suvarna are the directors at Sai Veg World. The place is well looked after by the owners and systematically managed around. The staff is down-to-earth, well-trained, and attracts people with their abundant respect. The workers look forward to giving their best service to the customers and are clean along with good maintenance.

There is a new branch of this restaurant recently set up in Goregaon West, Opposite to D Mart at Goregaon Link Road. The average ratings for this setup are always from 4 to 5 stars. Due to its great popularity and influence, Sai Veg World is always crowded. There is a recent declaration by the resto to provide unlimited breakfast from 8 am to 11 am every day as well as to provide unlimited pizza and pasta from 4 pm to 7 pm throughout the week. It also provides customized meal and snack boxes and provides options for home delivery.

Right beside the restaurant is a small shop by Sai Veg World which has a wide range of products from juices, sweets, and spices to many more items.

The restaurant is divided into two floors providing A/C services on the second floor. At times the second floor is also utilised for small gatherings or parties. To have a huge separate function or get-together the establishment also allows you to book a hall at the Jayaleela Banquet a setup organized by the directors of Sai Veg World. To sample non-vegetarian meals or to visit a bar, simply walk beyond the restaurant to the adjacent building of JayPrakash Restaurant and Bar, which provides a broad selection of non-vegetarian food and has a bar service.

Sai Veg World, Jayleela Banquet, JayPrakash, and several more enterprises are run by the Suvarna brothers, who are the descendants of the company's founders, the late Jaya C. Suvarna and late Leelavati J. Suvarna.

Do try this Restaurant without fail when you visit Goregaon. Surely the service would let you experience a high level of satisfaction. Don’t forget to also rate the place and suggest...

Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Visit Again!

I recently visited Sai Veg, Goregaon West with my entire family (a group of 12 people), and the experience was nothing short of pathetic.

We ordered bhaji, chapati, and dal rice. First, we asked for plain chapatis, but were served butter chapatis instead. I didn’t complain and let it go. But when I took a bite, it was clear the chapatis were stale and made hours earlier—hard and dry. It felt like they added butter just to make them appear fresh, which was clearly not the case.

Then came the dal tadka and rice. Their way of serving is extremely questionable. They dumped huge quantities of rice and dal on kids' plates—clearly an attempt to oversell and waste food. Who serves adult portions to kids without asking?

To top it off, I ordered 2 bottles of Thums Up (500 ml), but their staff brought 4 bottles without even confirming. It’s not about the money—it’s about basic courtesy, service, and transparency.

When I complained at the counter while paying, the staff rudely said, “Nahi, hum fresh hi banate hain, aapko lagta hai toh hum kya karein.” No apology, no attempt to understand. Just arrogance.

I’ve visited this place before, but this time it was a complete betrayal of trust. Food was stale, service was careless, and staff behavior was unacceptable. I will never visit this place again—and I sincerely hope others don’t have to go through what we did.

Avoid if you care about food quality and...
