Archdioceasan Heritage Museum — Attraction in Mumbai

It is a unanimous experience that in Mumbai once you leave your residence in the morning, you'll return back directly in the evening. But it was a sheer utter disappointment when I visited this museum, for it was a day wasted only in commuting.

On Google reviews, the management says that this museum is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, much to my dismay, upon reaching there, I found out that, this place can be only visited by appointment, which was mentioned nowhere.

Upon contacting the phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, Instagram, and email-ID provided at the gate, there's no response at all, even till today, when it has been one week since I visited the place.

The people running this museum should realise that we are commuting from far away, under the sweating summer Sun.

No words to express!! The excellent walk through the museum led by Joynel will be cherished forever. I Didn't feel like I visited the space for the first time! The staff was so warm and welcoming making me feel at home. The whole visit was about sharing and gaining knowledge. The museum has a fantastic display and it's collection is undoubtedly mind blowing and well conserved. This is a must visit treasure trove of priceless Indo-Portuguese heritage .

It was an amazing place. What makes it more richer is the down to earth staff. We were blessed to have Joynel as our guide who was eagerly happy and joyful (which resembles in her name) to give out all the information that she could give us.
