I had ordered a sub from MAGICPIN where I gave the option of TAKEAWAY/PICKUP after paying for it online itself. And, to my utter and shock got to hear from the lead female supervisor, whom I think has already been degraded here in the comments, told me to wait for a driver for pickup and then call him back and cancel the pickup as I was already there for that purpose (since I selected it). The uneasiness I felt upon hearing that really shook me through my veins. I also later on asked her to check the screen to pass the order but I have a feeling that wasn't even touched. She also mentioned that it will take 1½ for the driver to arrive and call. STILL I haven't received a call from Subway or any delivery service. Plz Subway/MAGICPIN do help me here and pleaze get rid of that staff of what I've read here in the reviews...
Read moreThe woman who claims to be manager, Ms Shaikh is obnoxious, rude and has no atticates to deal with clients. We had ordered 4 subs and were giving her clear instructions on how we make our subs, firstly she put a newbie to make our sub, who had no clue of what she was doing. And the Manager herself was least bothered, instead of making things right and guiding her team she was just not bothered. Not sure how subway is hiring such unprofessional staff, don't visit this outlet and would suggest subway to close this store it's impacting their brand...
