They are cheats and crooks. I had previously given a 4 star review to the place. However, in my recent visit, I believe that the quality of the shop employees and service has deteriorated significantly.

I purchased half a kg of laddoos, and for the first time in my life, I found that the half kg box was not full, but had one piece less. Therefore, I paid extra so that the box does not look empty.

In any case, I was suspicious and weighed the box again at home. The weight of the laddoos (minus the extra piece) was 470 gms, with one laddoo weighing ~43 gms, the extra piece should have been added without any extra charge.

The issue is not the issue of 30-40 gms or of the extra charge, which was small. It is a question of trust. First of all they don't weigh the sweets in front of the customer, but on a scale which is hidden behind the counter. Then they cheat the customers on weight. If they don't want to give 10-15 gms extra, then they should weigh in front of the customer and charge the exact weight. If they want to charge for the box, then charge it explicitly and separately. But this type of cheating behaviour is not acceptable.

Trupti Farsan is located at one of the prime location in Chembur. It's located at Sindhi society near by chembur Vi Gallery. The outlet has all your hunger essentials under same roof. Sweets, farsan, snacks, chocolates, juices, dips & the list goes on.

Must try their Cheese palak samosa, pizza samosa & jalebis. Many options in chaats, sandwiches also there. The chaat counter & snacks counter is really good with polite staff. Variety of sweets & also the fancy ones like Lotus biscoff mithai, blueberry Mithai (taste was average). Opted to go for the usual preferred mithais. In sweets tried their rasgullas (144 for 6 pieces), kaju roll & cream sandwich. All were fresh & tasted really good. Prices are bit on a higher side but good in taste.

Infra is good, quality of food is good. But actually its of no use. Because the staff over there is really stupid. They are rude to the customer's. If you ask them anything they dont bother to answer as if we need them. The one who sits on counter is too rude. Asked for an paper carry bag.he said its for 25 rs i said how it is possible and i showed the rate list that he has displayed on the gate 6 rs small bag and the largest bag is for 12 rs....
