Tulsi Vihar Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

We had a event of my dad's Birthday so we went in for dinner in tulsi vihar on 24 Feb. We were looking for veg restaurant. Sorry to say but we were four of us including my 5 year old daughter but couldn't manage to sit properly as the tables and sitting arrangements are so uncomfortable. Better if you are going to this place then only 2 persons at a time are more comfortable if sitting face to face. This was the uncomforte part of the whole dinner for 1 and 1/2 hour. Later we ordered nachos in cream sauce for starters which was good. Second starter was haryali paneer tikka which came in green colour masala. And that was seriously aweful. It was smelling some chemical kind of thing and was excessively spicy and tasteless. For the main course we ordered garlic Nan and butter roti which was again not up to the mark. In gravy we ordered veg handi and again disappointment as it was not pureed. It was more of like veg kadai were you just toss all your veg big Big chunks in gravy. Nan was very chewy and no taste no butter at all. Finally our event spoiled for that night as I thought that would the the best veg restaurant in sayadri Nagar, Kandivali...

Today I had ordered rice plate at approx 1pm but they did not give chapati in the parcel. So I called them and they first told me they are sending it in 15min . But after waiting for 1hr i didn't get my parcel so l have called them again and they again told me that our boy has left with the parcel and he will be there in 15 minutes but again after waiting for 30 to 50 minutes i had my lunch at 3.30pm and after lunch I called them and told them that my chapati parcel is not delivered yet then they again told me that we sending it in 15 minutes and i didn't received my parcel till I am writing this review. This is the worst expirence I have faced they charged me for rice plate and provided just Dal rice with sabhji. WORST HOTEL SERVICE😡😡 didn't care about...
