I am appalled by the experience I had with Gajanana Sweets in Charkop. My father-in-law purchased Shrikhand from there, and while eating it, I found a cockroach in it. The thought of it makes me feel like vomiting. What's even more shocking is the store's response when my mom called to report the incident. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, they casually said, "Don't eat it, we'll refund the money." No regret, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the issue, just a bland response.

This lack of accountability and customer care is disappointing. A refund is not enough; the issue lies in the store's quality control and hygiene practices. Until they take responsibility and improve their standards, I wouldn't recommend this...
