Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Mumbai

This feedback is about home deliver order . This is the recent case i faced , today i kist order at 11.15pm 23.06.2025 . So this order supposed to deliver on max 1hrs , but it was too delay so i called to delivery partner , initially he was unresponsive later he blocked me . So i guess something is wrong and i called to the support person name shahbaz , and as per him got to know that , delivery boy was marked the pickup and not pick the order from store . So as per him conversation for just a small mistake they are unable to deliver the order but they forgotten that person who have order he waiting for the feed and for that he put his money not getting the order free of cost .

Itna ghatia service on last 5 years i never meet . My simple-question if you can't manage then why you open the service? there is 2-3 good e-commerce partner just do tie up and get the commission from them hope your work will be easier .

I had ordered Chicken Cheese Steam Momos and Chicken Himalayan Steam Momos from Wow! Momo (Chakala outlet) on 08/09/2025 (Order ID: #7255742326). The estimated delivery time was around 50–55 minutes, which I was fine with. However, after waiting for almost 50 minutes, when the app showed that my order would arrive in the next 8 minutes, I suddenly received a call from Wow! Momo saying they couldn’t deliver because there was no delivery partner available. The order was cancelled after keeping me waiting for nearly an hour.

To make things worse, the staff who called was extremely unprofessional and in a hurry to end the call, with no courtesy or proper explanation. If there was no delivery partner available, why accept the order in the first place? Making customers wait so long only to cancel at the last minute is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on Zomato, and such practices really...

the lady was counter was to rude and arguing with customer ki meri galti nahi hai…..hamlog ko sab prerpair karke milta hai hamlog ka kaam hai sirf fry karna ya steam karna kuch b problm hai to yeh manager ka number hai ispe call karo and manager was like ki aapne itna rudley baat kiya meri wife se meri wife ko sorry b nahi bola are bro who the hell are you to ask me to tell sorry to your wife……there are two manny stalls at road but havent get this type of steam moms there all the stuffing was on their box we dont came there to have third class momos….its better to have momos on road instead of wow momos….ill request to wow momos mangement/owner to looki into it and check your store camera of jb nagar outlet from 9pm to 10Pm and i am 100% sure that you will loose you bussines of dine in…if customer get this type of...
