Our recent stay 19th & 20th October 2025 at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport was a truly exceptional experience, made possible by the incredible team and their genuine commitment to service. We booked a weekend staycation package, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made.
The high standard of hospitality was evident from the moment we checked in, where the staff instantly put us at ease by generously offering to extend our check-out until 6:00 p.m. the next day. This gesture immediately set a relaxing tone for the entire weekend.
Truly Personalized Service
What made our visit truly magical was the way the staff handled my wife’s birthday celebration. I had requested a small surprise, and they went above and beyond to make it special. We were treated to complementary room decoration and a delicious birthday cake. The effort and attention to detail were heartwarming, and I can confirm: my wife was very happy! This personalized touch showcased the true delight we felt with the hospitality of the Marriott staff. In particular, staff members like Tanuj, Umesh, Yash, Shreejith, Ashitosh, and Keual were all truly fantastic and provided exemplary world-class service.
World-Class Dining and Amenities
The culinary offerings were equally impressive. The food was amazing, featuring a never-ending variety at every meal that catered to all tastes and preferences. For a relaxing end to the day, we particularly relished the unlimited cocktail options in the Executive Lounge in the evening. It was a perfect, luxurious addition to our package.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and prompt service. The valet team and luggage assistance were quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
Special mention to the amazing team at MoMo Café – Aarti, Sushant, and Anish – who made every dining experience memorable with their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, and the team went the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for. We were lucky to be there during Courtyard Marriott’s 15th anniversary celebrations, and the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary dessert spread delivered to our room made the stay even more delightful.
However, the absolute highlight of our stay was Sachin Gamre from the housekeeping team. We needed some support with housekeeping, and Sachin stepped in with the kind of dedication and warmth that’s rare to find. He not only ensured everything was promptly taken care of but also followed up the next day to check if we were comfortable. Noticing an opportunity to enhance our experience, he even suggested and facilitated a room change for a better view. He helped us move our belongings personally and ensured every little detail was perfect.
His commitment to guest comfort and his willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. Kudos also to Mayuresh Gade, the Floor Housekeeping Manager, for his support and seamless coordination.

Read moreI had booked 2 day stay with the worst hotel ever. I had my fiancé come over for her bday & wanted to surprise her with a cake as i had directly reached the hotel room from the airport, it was denied. I had booked Breakfast & Dinner package & had missed a breakfast as no 1 called to inform, which other hotels do. I still excused that. Later on the 2nd day of my stayi came down a little late by 11:36 & the food was still there & the attendants were wrapping up the food. i asked an attendant & he said i was late & that too by 10 mins however he could not help me much with the dining & advised me to speak to the duty manager at the reception. i walked up to the manager just to overhear hs conversation with the attendant - "Why do u have to send him here". & i was denied to eat, to add more fuel fire, he told me the buffet end time is 11:00 whereas the previous day i was informed 11:30 & i was dining late almost till 12:00am. More to the glory, i even requested to allow me to either take the food to my room or send someone, because the food dishes were still in the process of being wrapped from the counters but a straight NO was told on my face & i was explained the SOP that we cant allow since its the hotel's norms. So thank you for your hospitality & i never wish to stay with the hotel ever.
Oh yeah this week i was at the Sahara Star & a similar incident happened & despite of the reminder for Breakfast buffet i dint turn up at the venue, but guess what the attendant send me the breakfast to my room & the manager calls me to check if i wanted anything more.....that was such an overwhelming treatment. i wish i could mark you in the appreciation mail that i sent to the hotel.
