Naga Bowl Express — Restaurant in Nagaland

Today I went to dine with my family all the way from Diphu since I thought it would be great to dine at your restaurant but unexpectedly I got a hair on my thali. So I ask the waitress to look upon the matter and she said she was sorry so she change my thali with another one and the funny part was I got the hair again on my thali so I lost my appetite as soon as I saw a hair for the second time so I complained about the matter and she said she was sorry again so Like seriously how the heck did I ended up getting hair on my both thalis and that is also looks like a private part hairs. This is so unhygyienic and it's so dissappointing to experience like this in a so called standard restaurant. I definitely won't be visiting this restaurant in the near future. I would like to asked the owner to look this matter seriously since it's gross to get a hair...

Naga Bowl was a great experience... After a very tiring day long shopping, really wanted to have a good meal. A friend of mine suggested Naga Bowl, I was sceptic at first but just went ahead with the "what the heck" feeling, turns out, their menu is quite extensive... Apart from the variety of menu, the place is very family friendly.. it's location is easily accessible with ample parking space. If you're a traveller in the mood of tasting Naga dishes like the way we normally have in our daily kitchen, and you happen to visit Dimapur city, I'd recommend Naga Bowl, opposite to Supermarket.

Personally, as per my experience ; The food is just average. The taste of the food is average. Just a reminder : Smoked pork with Axone was just below average. The pork was not well smoked and the broth had no axone taste. In simple it was watery.

Though, the service is good, well behaved staffs.

About food: The rice served " Mathape" (in Sumi dialect) could have been great if it was served warm. Dal was too watery and slimy, the rousep was good, chutney was average, Smoked pork with axone needs alot of work.

Stir fried beef was too chewy and the beef did not had proper seasoning.

Stir fried Salad was average.
