I recently visited Shiro Roastery, a charming coffee house in Dimapur, and I had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it an ideal spot to unwind. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the quick service; my order was taken promptly, and my coffee was served in no time.
The menu offered a variety of coffee options, and while the taste was decent for me, I found it to be a bit on the milder side. However, the quality of the coffee was evident, and it paired nicely with the delicious pastries available. I opted for a pastry that complemented my drink well, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
One of the highlights of Shiro Roastery is its laid-back ambiance, perfect for chilling out with friends or spending some quality time alone. I noticed several patrons engaged in games of YONO and cards, which added to the lively yet relaxed vibe of the place. It’s also a great spot for reading a book or having a small chat over coffee, making it versatile for different moods and occasions.
Overall, Shiro Roastery is a great place to hang out in Dimapur. Whether you're looking to catch up with friends, enjoy a quiet moment with a book, or simply savor a cup of coffee with a pastry, this coffee house provides a welcoming environment. I look forward to returning for another...
Read moreThis place was always hyped so me and my friend thought of visiting yk just for a quick bite and yap. I got the Americano and the way it came in a wine glass was the first strike, I get it, aestheticism and all but being conventional is also not that bad, second strike was the cake my friend ordered, see we're big fans of cake and there's nothing wrong if you cant bake but don't make something so atrocious and sell it for a high price. The cake was not moist it was wet, like imagine being served cake soaked in sugar water( sugar water not syrup) the frosting was too sugary and it had no aspect of a black forest which it was supposed to be, I mean there might be more items in their menu but how did they mess up the most basic orders of a café. Ambience was fine but service was very plain, I mean nothing wrong with that but the coffee was nothing amazing too, for a cafe that prides itself for its coffee, the simplest americano was underwhelming? I've had better in Cafe Captain americano or even bistro. Tbh this is a very biased review cause it's been based on very few items from the menu but it felt like people just go there for...
Read moreYou will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life ~Albert Camus. I wish I had all the time to try out the varied pastries and coffee which may as well take a dozen more visit to get it ticked from Dimapur cafes. From classic fine interior setting to wide book selection cart, this is by far another new happening in the town of Dimapur.\n\nI had the wonderful opportunity to be given the House recommendation over my own choices which makes the cafe really outstanding. Rather than easy money or quick closure time, the team does its best to meet all expectancy level. No doubt, i feared it being over-rated which proved wrong :) Tried almond croissant with blueberry and cheesecake topped with strawberry and loved the combination. I would only suggest them to add some few greens over the mini balcony sideways. It would also act as a shield for the incoming dust from the highway. What enlightened me was the glassy transparent wall erected with full view of fine vines. Wishing many more years ahead of blissful business and be a renowned...
