My recent visit to Mustard Restro Lounge on December 31st was a mix of highs and lows. While the food quality surpassed expectations with delicious flavors, several aspects of the experience fell short.

The ambiance was decent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The small washroom lacked basic amenities like liquid soap, which was disappointing given the overall pricing and the lounge's aspirations.

Service was a significant letdown. Despite the sparse crowd, the staff seemed overwhelmed and tardy. Almost every order was served with discrepancies; what was requested was often substituted with something else. This mismatched service dampened the dining experience significantly.

Review of Mustered Restro Cafe Buffet Dinner

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Mustered Restro Cafe buffet dinner. Here are the key issues I encountered:

No Buffet: Despite advertising a buffet, there was no self-service option. Instead, the food was served at the table, and the service was extremely slow, which was quite frustrating.

Poor Quality Food: The taste of the food was pathetic, and it was evident that some dishes were not fresh. This significantly affected the overall dining experience.

Unfair Charges for Children: Shockingly, they charged full buffet prices for children under five years old. This policy is both unfair and uncommon, adding to the disappointment.

False Advertising: The restaurant’s video advertisements were misleading. They painted a picture of a grand buffet experience, which was far from reality.

No Value for Money: Considering the poor service, subpar food, and misleading promotions, the experience was not worth the money spent.

Me and my wife were almost regular customers of this restaurant untill yesterday. They disappointed us to the core. Yesterday I went there with my family for dinner. We reached by 9:15 pm over there. As we entered few tables were filled and a party was also going on over there. We sat at the corner table at started placing order. Firstly there were too many mosquitoes over there. There AC was also not properly working. After placing order they bought soup after 15 mins. Later chilly paneer took another 10 mins. Till that time we hold on with our patience, but later it was all bizzare. Our second snack item took almost 20 mins more. They were all busy serving the party table. Almost the restaurant was empty only we were there along with the people who were parting. We were not served with main course even by 11:15 pm and at the end we decided to leave without eating food. There was huge nuisance because of the other table and all the people were busy serving them only. So the conclusion is if you see that there our 10-15 people around don't waste your time over here. Better move to other place. Else you too will be left hungry like us. They lost one of there...
