Café Illusions — Restaurant in Nagpur

11 Dec Went to this cafe for a take away KitKat shake. After initial discussion with cashier ( not wearing a mask), I requested for shake to be delivered to my vehicle outside. After 15 mins of waiting, I went back, where he was clueless about my order ( I paid online during placing order). I went back to vehicle and still no delivery for 15mins. I went again where I was assured 5 mins. After 10 mins I went again ( waiter didn't come to ky vehicle) and my drink was lying where noone attended it to actually deliver it to me. 35 mins wasted. After finally talking the shake, it was not even close to KitKat shake. It was all coffee coffee coffee shake with little KitKat sprinkled on the top. Very bad experience. Waste of money, time and taste. please keep customer experience top priority and ask employees to be proactive. I did visit this place an year back and the experience was good. So definitely you guys need to work on these...

It's a very nice cafe: Good service Huge Menu Amazing food - we ordered veg burger and Kit Kat cafe A1 location Good parking place Huge Huge menu Nice outside seating area. Luckily we went in November so the weather was very nice. Very well organized and quick service They have a nice alcoholic mini bar Their bakery is also fine It's open till late at night And despite of above all, the pricing is super duper good. It's really very economical. I'm from Delhi and the average bill in a good cafe for the quality of food we had would be around 1200 however our bill here only came out round Rs. 350 - 400 😯

So overall a a 5 star experience in every sense. Good for the food, service and overall experience. Just don't go there thinking that you're going to a fine dining or a 5 star. It's a nice little cafe after all. And I recommend you to sit in the outside area....

Illusions is one of the oldest cafes in Nagpur. It has a quite appealing ambiance and nice seating. They have separate seating area for smoking. Their menu is very vast which includes keto menu as well. The rates are on a medium range. The service is very good. As for the food, we tried their honey chilly potato, garlic cheese bread and Cappuccino. The garlic cheese bread was scrumptious and worth every penny and the coffee was decent. But the honey chilly potato didn't taste good, they were more on a sweeter note and the potatoes were a bit undercooked. I have been here before and had a very good experience though. Worth...
