Haldiram's — Restaurant in Nagpur

Never got the chance to review this Haldiram's near Padole Hospital..

Management, Staff needs to be polite with the customers. Even Denial for something can be in a better way.

Also, PM is promoting Digital Payments irrespective of Amount and these guys have their own rules... God knows why.

I have been here for Buying Rasmalai many time, but recently STAFF have become really arrogant.

When I asked for 2 to 3 pieces of Rasmalai, the quantity of milk they pour in is way too less, upon asking they said, Itna hi milega, jyada chaiye to box lelo. I said 2 hi chaiye and iske pehle bhi 2 baar apne kam hi diya tha, maine kuch nai bola, aaj add Karo thoda..., they ignored and packed with less milk.

I went to the counter to pay the money, Now they have two counters one for Cash only and one for Online Txn, I was standing at the right counter as I wanted to pay online, he asked me to move on side counter, then again asked me to come to the online counter, what are they thinking, I can't read or what...

A lady came to pay for a softy, which costs 13 rs. She wanted to pay online. For which they denied saying Mam, aap online pay nai kar sakte, she inquired kyu, they said mam online txn sirf 100 rs ke upar ka hi lete hai. She said, are Bhaiyya Maine abhi 600+ rs ka saman liya, softy Dekhi to Craving hui and so I want to eat it, I will pay online. They denied and she had to go without eating softy.

I had a 30 sec conversation with her where we both came to the conclusion that a business like Haldiram's had marked its presence over the years but now a days staff has become arrogant.

A simple quote comes to mind, Naam kamane me saalo lagte hai, but Gavane me 1 incident hi kaafi hai...

Will never visit this Padole Hospital's Square...

The establishment is a combination of a sweet shop at ground and restaurant on level 1 operated by Haldiram. They serve you fast food, chaat items, mini meals, and combo meals, signature variety of sweets, snacks and many more. The Raj Kachori was perfectly crispy, generously filled with flavorful ingredients, and topped with just the right balance of chutneys and yogurt.

My lunch experience was thoroughly enjoyable, with the food meeting the high standards I've come to expect from Haldiram. Highly recommend for its authentic and tasty vegetarian options. Chole Bhature, Pasta, Bedami Puri, Upma, Dosa are few items we tried, no complaint, all good.
