KFC is my go-to place for fried chicken, and I've visited multiple times to enjoy their offerings. One of my favorite meals at KFC is the Chicken Zinger meal. What sets this burger apart is the use of a whole fillet instead of ground meat for the patty, which elevates the taste and texture compared to other burgers I've tried. Everything in the box meal is always prepared perfectly, making it the best non-veg burger I've had so far.

Apart from the Chicken Zinger, I also love their Hot Wings and Popcorn Chicken. The flavor of these items is just slightly second to Popeyes' version, but they remain consistently delicious. However, I have noticed that some pieces can occasionally be dry. On the plus side, some KFC locations offer Mountain Dew, which is my favorite drink and complements the meal perfectly.

The ambiance at KFC locations is generally good, and the places are mostly clean, providing a pleasant dining experience. Other menu items I recommend include the Hot & Crispy Chicken and Red Hot Chicken, both of which deliver on taste and crunch. On the other hand, I would not recommend the Rice Bowl due to its lackluster flavor. The Chizza is a unique offering worth trying at least once for its novelty.

I mean it's KFC, but this particular outlet is not well managed. When we talk about the service and hospitality, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I recently visited this outlet and placed an order via website (dine in). I waited for around 20 minutes and then inquired about my order. The staff replied that they did not know about my order (even when the order was clearly taped to their counter) and I was asked to wait for 5 more minutes. Now, I know KFC has a 7 minutes delivery policy, but I wouldn't have mind waiting. I waited for 15-20 minutes more and then inquired again politely .This time the staff had the audacity to say that it would take 20-25-30-40 minutes. I asked what this was all about and she bluntly says you know how many bills we have waiting. They must understand that if they want a customer to co-operate, atleast have the etiquettes to ask them politely. They would understand. Even if I had placed the order at 2.04 pm , I would have understood. But this was a very unpleasant experience and I had to leave a review for this. I placed order today at 2:3O pm KFC order no 6453109000001558 it was accepted and got confirmation on phone vis sms and email. Expected delivery was 3:45 pm. I did not get any call from KFC or delivery boy. When I checked in app at 3:30pm it said store clos d without any notice after waiting for an hour. Called helpline no and they did not help. They mentioned it is KFC gujrat anand care. I googled and called KFC no. Also from app.. call goes to same place and they are rude and not helpful. It is a scam run by KFC mate square.. first time when I called they just pick the call and no one spoke but in background I could hear..not to pick talk on phone in Marathi by a girl...
