I am writing this on behalf of my female friend, who had one of the worst experiences at Navratna Raghav, Nagpur. As the Chairman of the International Human Rights Organisation, South West Nagpur, I feel deeply concerned and disturbed by the incident.

This place does not feel safe for women. Visitors were openly passing vulgar comments on girls, creating an extremely uncomfortable, inappropriate, and unsafe environment. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any civil society and should never be tolerated.

Despite the location being positioned as premium, there was no intervention by staff or management, and no security measures in place to control or prevent such indecent behavior.

If you're charging the public for an experience, the minimum expected standard is safety, dignity, and a respectful environment. Navratna Raghav has failed to uphold this basic standard.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to families or to anyone who values a safe environment for women.

I urge the management to take immediate corrective action: -Install CCTV surveillance -Deploy trained security personnel -Implement a zero-tolerance policy against harassment
