Subway Dharampeth — Restaurant in Nagpur

I hope this review helps the ones looking for best Outlet experience for Subway in Nagpur (As Pune outlets sucks in this case).

My order was processed by Mr. Suraj Bhalavi, damn! It just came out the best. It's been since 2017 (I guess even before 2017) I am getting the best Service from this Outlet of Nagpur - Dharampeth Outlet.

Mr. Suraj has processed my order just the way I wanted it to be. Dine-in is always the best experience I can attest to. I hope Subway encourages a talent like him and get him promoted with more offshore experiences so we can have the best experience as a customer.

Please Highlight my comment for the best Service By Mr. SURAJ from Dharampeth outlet Nagpur Maharashtra India. Not to mention Mr. Hitesh Gopale who is the Area Manager certainly, desclated my online order issue.

My Dine-in and Takeaway has never disappointed me even 0.0001%. I got my Sub the way I expected it to be. Just the way I wanted! If I am asked to choose 1 thing before you die. I would chose this 1. ❤️

Today at 2:40 PM (31st August), this restaurant has committed an unforgivable crime.

I ordered a Veg Cheese Melt Sandwich, but what did these careless people do? They made me a CHICKEN SANDWICH! I actually took a bite before realizing something was horribly wrong. This is beyond unacceptable.

Staff members Suraj, Vishal (manager), and Nilesh clearly have no idea what they’re doing. The manager didn't even have the decency to call me back after this disaster. When I called to complain, Gulshan, another employee, casually said, "We’re sorry, it was a mistake." A MISTAKE? You’re in the business of making food—how can you mess up this badly?

And don’t even try to excuse it as a rush hour mix-up—they didn’t have millions of orders to handle, just mine, and they still managed to ruin it. I will be raising a formal complaint about this. Vegetarians, take note: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
