Loved this place from my Nagpur days.
It is very close to the Nagpur airport. The place reeks of a nice little cafe, with great and nostalgic interiors, consisting of tables with comic book strips, walls with posters of a bygone era, and a bookshelf with plenty of books.
The menu has a very delightful selection. We basically ended up ordering the entire menu, starting with an English Breakfast and an American breakfast.
Both are traditional, the English one containing toast, sausages, bacon, butter, fried vegetables, double omelette and mashed potato, while the American breakfast had scrambled eggs and beans instead of toast and fried vegetables.
Among other orders were white sauce veg pasta, red sauce veg pasta, egg salad sandwich, baked beans on toast, curry chicken and cheese sandwich, spicy omelette with toast, lemonade, hot chocolate, coffee, and cold coffee. Yes, that's nearly their entire menu. Post that, we ordered pancakes with chocolate syrup, chocolate waffles and the four season waffles. And we had enough space left for choco fudge too.
Taste wise, this is probably as good as any English breakfast places I have been too. Everything is cooked perfectly. From the beans to the bacon, and the sausages to the omelettes, the food had a great taste to it. I had come with a full stomach, and yet managed to devour a pretty large portion of food. The waffles were baked to perfection.
The 4-season waffles lasted for about a minute before it was all over. The cold coffee is equally good. Our only complaint would be that the waffles could have contained more chocolate.
This place has some other options too, if you are looking for a more traditional breakfast such as Thalipeeth, kheema pav, rajma pav, sabudana wada, keshto, chole pav, missal pav and dosa.
Service is great. All our items arrived at the table in less than 5 minutes after ordering. The staff is extremely courteous.
This place definitely deserves...

Read moreI have visited this place more than 4 times and I have arrived at this review. I have tried their breakfast combos (egg option for English & French), Misal Pav, a cup of Latte, Croissant. Inconsistent portion size of tossed exotic veggies and mushrooms. Inconsistency in taste is the major highlight though. I had to exchange veggies for they were stale. I think their selling point is their presentation and ambiance than their food quality. They are charging higher than the quality they're delivering. Their egg preparations, french omelette and scrambled egg taste pretty good however I was left with an irritable throat after having egg meals. There were definite red flags but it felt very human to make those mistakes until I visited this morning. What took me to this review window and give one star is that I found green plastic pieces that looked similar to parsley but was plastic in their salad dressing. On taking it to them they denied it and brought out a bowl with chopped parsley saying touch this and I was apprehensive initially because that going to go on someone's plate and these guys are saying dip your hands in it and get ensured that we're using real leafs. Not only am I surprised by that lack of sense of hygiene but I also feel sure about finding a plastic piece that looked identical to the greens which is disguising. Even if it wasn't intended to be in that salad dressing, the approach was very clearly that we are not making any changes here even if there is a mistake happening.
Any restaurant should have basic intention of catering to health and these guys are definately...
