GOT NON VEG PIECE IN MY VEG SHAWARMA

I have ordered

1. two brothers paneer special shawarma
2. ultimate cheesy paneer veg shawarma

From this outlet I ordered via Zomato and I found a half inch chicken pieces on my outer side (roll) On shawarma covered with silver paper

This is something is not acceptable with you guys. I am ordering and dine in personally from you guys from last 7+ month near once in a week. I was in impression that you guys are awesome and no one can make shawarma like you in entire city which is somehow true

BUT THE SERVICE AND THE IRRESPONSIBILITY YOUR STAFF HAS SHOWN IS INSANE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

I’ve got my refund from Zomato after sharing the images to them but I have decided to quit eating here or recommend anyone.

Pathetic response on phone. Called so that we could go and have it. Response was I was driving. Fine. That case have a number which is at the restaurant. Second response a cold “ok”. How do you guys do business? Pathetic! Anybody who behaves arrogant with customer or has I don’t care attitude how do you guys do business. Your first response to any missed call should be “sorry I could not take your call” rather than the pathetic bolo or hello. Such poor attitude. Help yourself!
